Although Dishonored 2 was announced at E3 2015, little was known until yesterday, when Bethesda confirmed that the sequel to Dishonored will be released on November 11, 2016 for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One.
For the world premiere of Dishonored 2 gameplay we will have to wait until June 12 (7pm PST) when Bethesda will hold their E3 2016 Showcase.
So far, it is well known that we will be able to play as Corvo Attano, the protagonist of the first game, or as Empress Emily Kaldwin, his daughter.
It is also known that the action will take place in Karnaca, Corvo’s birth place, instead of Dunwall.
Unlike Corvo, who is able to blink, his daughter can use tendrils to grapple around. She can also wield swords and crossbows.
Fans who wish to test Dishonored 2 before the release, can join Bethesda’s E3 2016 event (aka BE3+), which includes an after party where a secret band will perform.
Furthermore, they can play the Dishonored 2 demo; however, there will be no travel arrangements provided by Bethesda.
