In Mass Effect 3, Commander Shepard can complete a series of 23 different Citadel Missions.
Just like all side-missions and N7 missions, Citadel missions grant experience points, War Assets, Paragon/Renegade Points and credits.
A Mass Effect 3 Citadel mission can be defined as a mission that starts or ends in the Citadel.
In other words, all quest-givers are within the Citadel; however not all of them appear on the map.
To complete all ME 3 Citadel missions, players must know where to find all quest-givers.
Additionally, players should also know when to turn in all Citadel quests, because some of them will be locked if players miss them, and advance in the game.

Mass Effect 3 fans will notice that for most Citadel quests, they have to find specific items.
Almost every N7 mission includes an item required in a Citadel quest; however finding them can be quite challenging.
Its good to know that if the player misses a Citadel item during an N7 or side-mission, there is another chance to get it; however the player will have to spend some credits to purchase it.
