Wolfenstein: The New Order Chapter 9 takes place in the Kreisau resistance headquarters and is named New Tactics. It is available as soon as you rescue Set Roth from Camp Belica.
The resistance acquired a tunnel glider that can be used inside Berlins sewage system and thus bring them one step closer to secure a U-Boat. Unfortunately, the machine is not operational, but with Set Roths knowledge it can be repaired. All that he needs is a little help from Blazkowicz.
Chapter 9 takes place once again in the resistance headquarters and just like the last time it features new areas to explore.

Chapter 9 Mission Details
We broke out of Camp Belica and freed the prisoners. Got a new ally in Set, maybe the only surviving member of the Daat Yichud.
Now Caroline is brewing up a crazy plan to steal a Nazi U-Boat. I like the way she thinks.

Letter (Charlottes Letter)
As soon as you start the mission turn right and check the cabinet thats behind Klaus to find the Letter collectible.
Gold (Gold Vase)
The Gold piece requires a quick side quest. Go in the archives and speak with Anne (shes behind the door). Now go all the way up to the last floor and look for Annes ring inside the bathroom, next to the toilet.
Return it to her to receive the collectible. If you followed our guide this is the 25th Gold collectible and it should unlock the All that glitters achievement / trophy.
Health Upgrade
As with you previous visits to the resistance headquarters, go to the second floor and sleep in your bed to receive the Health Upgrade.
This time you sleep is interrupted by a cinematic, but you can get the collectible afterwards.
Record
After you collect the welder and you get out from the water you have to shoot a chain to drop down a ladder. Climb the ladder and turn right to see the Strobe upgrade for the LKW.
Next, you need to defeat two supersoldiers in a large room.
When the fight is over follow the corridors and you will find the Record collectible on the ground, right before the locked door.
