In Witcher 2 Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition, The Queen Harpy Contract is a side quest connected to the main quest called Hunting Magic.
In other words, you will be able to complete The Queen Harpy Contract while playing Hunting Magic, but you cant complete the latter without finishing the first.
The Queen Harpy Contract is automatically triggered when you ask Cecil Burdon to give you the key to the old quarry.
Frightened, because you have the crystal containing his dream, Cecil Burdon will accept and The Queen Harpy Contract is added to your journal.

Walkthrough
The Queen Harpy Contract features a boss fight against the queen of harpies. You will spawn her when you reach the projector within the old quarry, if you remove the crystal containing Lethos dream.
The queen spawns along with several minions, which can be very difficult to defeat if they surround you.
While the Igni Sign is considered by many a great spell against harpies, if you followed the swordsmanship path, then your spells are not so effective. In this case you have to adopt a different strategy.
You should look around, and near the projector you will see multiple tunnels which allow you to fight only one harpy at a time. This strategy is useful because the harpies have an increased attack speed, and if they surround you, Geralts death is almost imminent. Keeping a fair distance between Geralt and the group that spawn with the queen is the key in this battle, because your attacks will be focused on a single harpy.
Additionally, you can combine this strategy with Geralts Yrden Sign which allows you to stun your target. Eventually, one of these targets will be the queen, but the strategy remains unchanged. As long as you use the narrow corridors of the quarry in your advantage, you cant lose this fight.
Note: Make sure that you attack the Harpies with your Silver Sword (the right one).
After you kill the queen, loot the corpse and gather all fathers (for A Sackful Of Fluff side-quest) and continue to play Hunting Magic. When you return to Vergen, visit Cecil Burdon and collect your reward.
