In Walking Dead: Survival Instinct, Taggart is a zone that can be explored after Daryl completes all objectives in Oakview.
As most zones featured in the video game, Taggart includes a Walking Dead: Survival Instinct Stuffed Squirrel collectible; but while visiting this specific area in the game, you can also find one of the hidden posters.

Taggart Description:
The bedroom community of Taggart is notable for the Lighthouse, one of the few remaining drive-in theaters still open in this part of the country.
Taggart Poster Location
When you reach the parking lot, Daryl receives a new objective, and you are asked to locate an old lady named Charlene Wilson, located inside the projection room.
You can find the projection room on the left side of the parking lot, while facing the cars and the Walkers roaming around.
To enter the projection room, you have to go around the building, and as soon as you enter the building, in front of you will appear a bar. Approach the counter and while standing in front of it, turn left to locate a poster featuring a football player. Above the poster you can see a large banner on which you can read: Bearcats! #1.
Check the poster because it is the first Walking Dead Survival Instinct collectible in Taggart, and then talk to Charlene.
Taggart Stuffed Squirrel Location
After you discuss with Charlene Wilson, your objective changes, as she asks you to visit his house and find her cat. Follow your compass and when you reach Charlenes house, on the left side of the entrance you should see a car you can push away. Go around the car, and around the building, killing all Walkers you encounter.
Eventually you will get to the backyard and you should see another car, and behind it a shack. The Walking Dead Survival Instinct Stuffed Squirrel in inside the shack, on a shelf to the left.
A good idea is to pick it up before you find the cat, because when you retrieve the feline you will also alert the Walkers. Grab the collectable, then the cat, and return to Charlene to complete the objective.
The next zone you will have to visit is Lemon Hill.
