In TWD: Survival Instinct the video game, Cleburne is the area visited by Daryl after he leaves Fontana, but to reach it, you will have to pick Cleburne as your next destination instead of Oakview.
Two TWD collectibles can be found in Cleburne, and their exact locations are revealed by the video game guide below.
The first Walking Dead: Survival Instinct collectable in Cleburne is a Poster, and the second one is a hidden Stuffed Squirrel.
When you enter Cleburne you have to be aware that the action in this zone takes place inside a hospital filled with Walkers; therefore, you should equip Daryl with the corresponding weapons.
Cleburne Description:
A Gov. research group housed in Cleburnes Memorial Hospital ensured it military protection, keeping it operational long after other medical facilities failed.
Cleburne Poster Location
When you enter Cleburnes Memorial Hospital, your first objective is to look for some medical supplies. Instead of searching all chambers for the first collectible, make sure you keep an eye on the ceiling, looking for a blue sign that points towards the Cafeteria.
The said sing should be on a long corridor, but to see it you have to make a left turn. Before turning left, check the last room on the right side of the corridor.
When you open the door, you can see a dead Walker on a bed. The Walker has red limbs. Now, look behind the door and on a small desk you will observe a pile of magazines. The pile also contains the TWD: Survival Instinct Cleburne poster. Next, focus on your objectives until you enter the morgue.
Cleburne Stuffed Squirrel Location
Later in the mission when you enter the morgue you will have to look for the second Cleburne collectable, which is a hidden Stuffed Squirrel. The access to the hospitals morgue is granted after the main objective changes, when you will be asked to find a doctor who can tell you more about a possible cure for the infection.
The entrance to the morgue is marked by a blue sign above the main door. When you open the door you should also see a herd of Walkers right in front of you.
Since you cant defeat all of them, you will be forced to go around the pack, by turning left. Immediately after you turn left, move slowly and look to the right to spot the second collectible in Cleburne, the hidden Squirrel.
You should see it on a bed. Pick it up, and continue to follow your compass until you find the doctor and Noah Cruz. After you decide Noahs fate you will unlock the next destination: Lemon Hill.
