The Sims Medieval is a life simulation video game developed by The Sims Studio and published by Electronic Arts exclusively for PC. The title was released on March 22, 2011 in U.S, and March 24, 2011 in Europe.

The action in the game takes place in medieval times, where players have the possibility to build their own kingdoms from scratch.

The Sims Medieval features various quests that must be completed by in-game characters, also known as Sims.

Additionally, the game introduces several hero classes, and each class has a well defined role in the game, based mainly on the character’s profession.

These classes (professions) are: monarch, wizard, spy, priest, blacksmith, physician, knight, merchant and bard.

How to cheat in The Sims Medieval using cheat codes

There are four cheat codes that can be used while playing The Sims Medieval, and all of them are case sensitive.

To activate them, the player will have to press Ctrl + Shift + C, and type one of the following messages in the window which appears on the screen.

Each cheat code offers a small advantage in The Sims Medieval; however it is a good idea to save the game before using them, otherwise the player may get stuck with an advantage that could alter the gameplay.

kaching – Instantly earn 1,000 Simoles in The Sims Medieval

motherlode – Instantly earn 5,000 Simoles in The Sims Medieval

ShowAllQuests – All quests in the game are unlocked

RerollQuests – All available quests are randomized

How to cheat in The Sims Medieval using editors

Another method to cheat in The Sims Medieval is to edit one of the game’s files. To do that, players should follow several steps, but they should also keep in mind that each file that will be modified, must be backed-up, in case something goes wrong.

Locate The Sims Medieval installation directory and the INI sub-directory. By default this is:

C:Program FilesElectronic ArtsThe Sims MedievalGameDataSharedNonPackagedIni

Locate Commands.ini file

Right click and then Properties

Uncheck the Read Only option

Click Save

Right click on Commands.ini and select Open with

Select NotePad

Find the following line:

TestingCheatsEnabled=0

Replace 0 with 1

Save the document and close it

Run the game

Players will notice that in the game, they will be able to drag the relationship/hunger/energy bars as they wish, therefore they will be able to fill or empty them.
