Just like Crimson Viper, Rufus is a Street Fighter character who debuted in Street Fighter IV.
Born in United States of America, Rufus weights 408 lbs., he loves his girlfriend Candy and he hates Ken Masters.
In fact, Rufus enters the Street Fighter tournament after he sees a newspaper article praising Ken Masters, who is considered America’s best fighter.
Since Rufus always believed that he was the greatest fighter in U.S, he feels insulted by the article, and after he discusses the matter with Candy, he joins the fighting tournament.
