Splinter Cell Blacklist Charlie Cole’s 4th Echelon Missions Collectibles Locations

Splinter Cell Blacklist Charlie’s 4th Echelon Missions are secondary missions that can be obtained by speaking to Charlie Cole in the Paladin or by using the SMI interface.

His missions can be played solo or co-op. In Charlie’s 4E missions you have to retrieve key intel and then defend your position against multiple waves of enemies that are more numerous with each wave.

Normally there are 20 waves, but you can extract after each 5 waves and then start the mission again at any extraction point.

There is a checkpoint after each wave, and you can get the achievement even if you extract at wave 5.

One or more HVTs will spawn after every 5 waves, but the game doesn’t count them as collectibles.

However, the Blacklist Laptop should be hacked as soon as the mission starts, in the first wave, because it will be destroyed if you are detected.

The Splinter Cell Blacklist Dead Drops can also be found in Charlie’s 4th Echelon missions, but even if they are visible on the screen with the Paladin upgrade they tend to be a little harder to get.

As soon as the mission starts, run and climb to the balcony. Then head inside the room to your left and hack the Blacklist Laptop before doing anything else.

Dead Drop Flash Drive

In the same room, use the window that’s in the opposite direction from the laptop to get outside and grab the ledge (air duct) that’s above you.

Then use the ledge to get around the embassy and use the pipe to get down in the locked courtyard (you can’t open the gate, this is the only way to get in). From here you can collect the Splinter Cell Blacklist Dead Drop.

When the wave starts go ahead and find a way to the balcony (you can climb wherever you want), then run on the far side of the embassy.

You should see the Blacklist Laptop through the wall, but pay attention to the surveillance camera that’s above the laptop. Use an EMP device and hack the laptop before the enemies find you.

Dead Drop Flash Drive

After you have the laptop run back to the starting point in the lobby.

There’s a small balcony on the left side and you need to climb using the pillar in order to get the Dead Drop collectible.

Blacklist Laptop

You start the mission in a square, and the embassy building is the one that’s in front of you. The Blacklist Laptop is inside, but don’t rush in yet, because there are lasers traps behind the doors and there’s also a camera.

If you follow the overpass to the left when you start the wave you should find an electrical panel inside some sort of improvised room/chamber. Use an EMP chaff to disable it.

Then, while facing the embassy, check the far right wall for another panel (near the alley). If you also want to disable the camera shoot the small fuse box that’s above the doors and to the left.

Dead Drop Flash Drive

The Dead Drop can be found inside the left wing of the embassy (as you’re looking towards it; check for the Café Sofia sign).

There is a pipe on the building’s façade that you can use to reach a ledge on the second floor. Then go around the corner and around the two signs, drop down to the first floor and head through the window to find the Splinter Cell Blacklist collectible.

Blacklist Laptop

Head inside the embassy without alerting the enemies and check behind the command & control room, on the right side.

The Blacklist Laptop is in a restricted area, hence it’s protected by lasers. However, the electrical panel is just in the opposite direction, so an EMP chaff should do the trick.

Dead Drop Flash Drive

The Dead Drop collectable is in a building that’s under construction behind the embassy. However, in order to reach it you need to go on the embassy’s roof and use the zipline that’s there.

Then get inside the ventilation system to find it.
