Splinter Cell Blacklist Andriy Kobin’s 4th Echelon Missions Collectibles Locations

Splinter Cell Blacklist Kobin’s 4th Echelon Missions are available after the Safehouse campaign mission, once Kobin is captured.

The missions can be started by talking to Kobin in the holding cells or straight from the SMI, and they can be played alone or with a partner.

Kobin’s 4E missions are split in two areas that are filled with enemies. Your objective is to clear the area before proceeding.

The enemies can be killed or knocked out, but if you are detected you must deal with enemy reinforcements. There are three of these missions and completing them gets you another achievement.

All three Splinter Cell Blacklist collectibles are included in Kobin’s Fourth Echelon missions, and the next guide features useful information on how to acquire them in a single playthrough.

Opium Farm Mission Description

Dead Drop Flash Drive

Look for the tallest building in the area, some sort of wind mill. There’s an enemy patrolling up there, but once you deal with him you can collect the Dead Drop that’s nearby (under the sails).

High Value Target

The HVT is in a house that’s in the vicinity of the heavy infantry that has a shield.

Once you deal with the armored enemy you should easily surprise the High Value Target if you get inside through the window.

Blacklist Laptop

Clear the first area then head to the next one. The Blacklist Laptop is inside a cave at the other end of the area. However, there are three enemies in this area, so proceed carefully.

Moreover, there are two surveillance cameras overlooking the laptop and you have to disable them undetected in order to hack the laptop.

Be aware that you need to get the laptop before dealing with the last enemy or the mission will end and you will lose it.

Blacklist Laptop

Follow the path to the bazaar and once you’re inside keep walking on the left side until the Blacklist Laptop is visible. The laptop is in the center of the bazaar, at the intersection.

However, you should carefully eliminate all threats before hacking it.

High Value Target

Reach the second section and play until you find the deal site next to the boat.

The High Value Target is talking to another enemy, but the problem is the two snipers that are on the boat, because they can see your every move. A good idea is to lure him away from the snipers, but without alerting the other enemies.

Dead Drop Flash Drive

Once you’re done with the HVT you can use the right side of the area (while facing the boat) to slip under the snipers’ field of view and board the boat.

The Dead Drop is on top of the boat, right above the snipers. Grab it before eliminating the last enemy.

Blood Diamond Mine Mission Description

Blacklist Laptop

If the path is clear get inside the processing facility through the front door. On the far right end you should find a small office/booth.

The Blacklist Laptop is inside (if you didn’t trigger any alarm).

High Value Target

When you’re done head into the next zone, which is inside the mine.

Getting around can be a bit painful at first, because there’s a drone operator in the area. However, the High Value Target can be found in the lowest level of the mine.

Dead Drop Flash Drive

The Dead Drop flash drive is in the same room with the drone operator, so you should have no trouble in finding the collectible since you need to find the operator anyway.

Use the goggles to see where the jamming is coming from.
