The Refugees is the fourth Spec Ops: The Line chapter and as most chapters it includes two different Intel items.
The following collectibles guide, reveals their locations, and was created with the purpose of helping those who wish to find all Spec Ops: The Line Intel items.
The first Spec Ops: The Line Chapter 4 Intel collectable is a Childs Doll, and the second is Castavin’s Diary.
Chapter 4 Description
Delta continues their search for the kidnapped soldier.

First Collectable
The first Intel collectible in Spec Ops: The Line Chapter 4 is in the starting area.
When we begin the fourth chapter of the game, our team is inside the Nest.
As we explore the first corridor, on the right wall we should see some drawings made by kids. On the same wall, is a small entrance and on the ground the first collectible/Intel: Childs Doll.
The location can be identified faster if we keep an eye on our team mates. One of them will stop and look at a tent on the left side of the corridor.
On the opposite wall is the Childs Doll collectable. We pick it up and descend the stairs at the end of the hallway.
Second Collectable
The second collectable in Spec Ops: The Line Chapter 4 can be found after we locate McPherson.
Eventually, during the dialogue, he will tell us that he is going to find his commander. At this point, if we play the game for the first time we should unlock the achievement/trophy called The Lost Battalion.
We follow McPherson and rappel to the next area.
When we reach the ground, to the right, we can see a large map, on the wall. Next to the map, we can observe a desk, and on it a sparkling item. It is the second and final intelligence item in Chapter 4: Castavin’s Diary. Now we can focus on Chapter 5.
