Unlike other Spec Ops: The Line chapters, in Chapter 3 (Underneath) we can find only one Intel collectible.

Chapter 3 Description
“Delta Squad is attacked by armed looters. Their attempted rescue of the kidnapped soldier goes south when they fall into a ruined building on the edge of Dubai.”

Collectible Location
In the third chapter of the game, we can find only one Intel: Looter Bullets.
We look for this specific item, after we escape the ambush in the hotel.
At some point, the terrorists will drop an explosive charge and we have to evacuate the starting area as soon as possible.
We sprint, following the cursor on our screen, and then we cross a corridor.
In the next area, we have to go left and jump down.
When we reach the ground we search the left side of the room and we can see a desk.
Near it we should see two red chairs.
Between one of them and the desk with two monitors, on the ground, we find the only collectable in Spec Ops: The Line Chapter 3.
We pick it up and focus on our objectives.
Note: When we enter the room, a cutscene should start. If this happens before we pick up the collectible, we make sure we return to the room, after all enemies in the next area have been killed.
After we finish Chapter 3, we can start Chapter 4 and locate more collectibles.
