The first Intel collectible in Spec Ops: The Line Chapter 13 is the Radioman Tape – Street Artist, and the second one, is the Konrad Effigy.

Alone and on the verge of collapse, Walker searches for his men.
Intel Collectibles: 2
First Intel Item
We will find the first collectible in Chapter 13, after we find and rescue Adams. We clear the area where we find him, and then we proceed through a large blue ship wreck.
After we jump off the first ledge, Lugo will contact us, and then we have to turn left to exit the wreck.
As we exit it, if we turn left again, on the ground we can see the first Intel item in Spec Ops: The Line Chapter 13.
It is a new Radioman Tape called Street Artist.
We pick it up and continue our search for Lugo.
Second Intel Item
The second Chapter 13 Intel collectible can be found in the camp where we locate Lugo.
The only way to exit the camp is to fire some bullets against the angry mob, to disperse the civilians.
On our way out, we make sure to keep an eye on the left side of the path we have to follow.
At some point we should see some burning candles on an altar made by civilians.
The altar holds the Konrad Effigy, which is the second and final Intel piece in Chapter 13. Pick it up and focus on completing the mission to unlock Chapter 14.
