Chapter 12: The Rooftops, follows the events revealed in Spec Ops: The Line Chapter 11, but unlike the previous part, in Chapter 12, we can find two hidden collectibles.
The list of intelligence items in Spec Ops: The Line Chapter 12, includes the Radioman Tape – Konrad Interview and the Radiomans Press Badge, the latter Intel being well hidden.

Chapter 12 Description
Without water, Dubai is dying. Delta heads for the Radiomans tower, hoping to organize an evacuation.

First Intel Collectible
In Spec Ops: The Line Chapter 12, the first Intelligence collectable is a tape: Radioman Tape – Konrad Interview.
While we play this chapter, we can find it after we slide on the first zip line to a new building. When we reach it, we will hit a terrorist, and we have to decide his fate. We can execute it if we want, or not, since he knows us.
Next, we have to follow some stairs up. The Intel is located near those stairs, to the right. We grab it, and then we push forwards to find the radio station, and the second collectible.
Second Intel Collectible
We will find the second collectible in Chapter 12, after we cross the second zip-line and after we clear the roof with multiple enemies and store models.
As we advance towards the radio station, and Konrad, we will enter a blue room.
In this specific room, we look for a large white couch, and behind it, we can spot a smaller room with a sink in it.
On the right wall is the Intel piece we are looking for: Radiomans Press Badge.
We pick it up and focus on completing our current objectives. When we finish them we can start Chapter 13.
