Even if Chapter 10 in Spec Ops: The Line is divided in 2 parts (Riggs and Stealing Water), both Intel collectibles can be located while playing the first part.

The first Intel in Chapter 10 (Riggs) is the Radioman Tape – No Relief Aid, and the second one is Konrads Psych Profile.
Chapter 10 Description
Delta has no choice Konrad must be stopped. To do that, theyll need help.

First Intel Collectible
We will find the first Spec Ops: The Line intelligence collectable as soon as we begin Chapter 10.We leave the starting area, and when we reach the second tent, we will have to go left and vault over a red bed.
If we turn around, on a desk is an Intel: Radioman Tape - No Relief Aid.
The Intel collectible can also be observed while standing at the entrance of the tent.
We pick it up and continue to push forward.
Second Intel Collectible
We find the second collectible moments later, if we manage to save Riggs. After a small discussion with the old operative, we will eventually be attacked by more terrorists. Riggs manages to kill two of them, but more will span nearby.
After we assume control of our hero, we should see a small table near the door where Riggs killed the terrorists.
On the table, is Konrads Psych Profile, the last Intel in Spec Ops: The Line Chapter 10. Chapter 11, doesn’t include any Intel items, therefore the guide continues with Chapter 12.
