Sturdy Clothes is the first Risen 2 quest we should complete while visiting Tacarigua, and Puerto Sacarico.
The quest giver is a character named Pedro, and we can find him in the center of the small establishment, carrying a book.
Eventually, we will have to interrupt Pedro, and talk to him.
We ask him all questions available and we will activate three additional quests (Sturdy Clothes, A Map of Tacarigua and Provisions).
Note: At the end of the dialogue we make sure we tell Pedro that we interrupted his counting at 29, to earn 100 Glory Points.
After the conversation, we focus on completing the quests we received from him. Sturdy Clothes should be the first, followed by Provisions and A Map to Tacarigua.
Description
I should get myself some sturdy clothing before I go find the pirates. Pedro sent me to Carter, whos guarding the prison tower.

Walkthrough
To complete Sturdy Clothes all we have to do is to find Carter. While facing the jungle, to the north, we exit Puerto Sacarico and travel north on the main road.
To the right we can see a tower made of wood, and in front of it, on a bench, is Carter.
We approach him and tell him that Pedro mentioned something about the clothes he sells. We ask him to show us the items he has and purchase the Old Shirt from him.
Note: Largos Leather Shirt is a quest item; therefore we will not buy it yet.
After we get the shirt, we equip it, and return to Puerto Sacaricos main square.
Sturdy Clothes ends now, and the next quest we must complete is called Provisions.
