The Resident Evil 6 Serpent Emblems in Jake’s Campaign are similar to those we have found in Leon’s Campaign and Chris’ Campaign, meaning that in each chapter of the video game we can locate four hidden Serpent Emblems.
Jake’s Campaign is the third campaign in RE6, and is focused on Jake Muller, son of Albert Wesker, the bio-terrorist.
The first chapter in Jake’s Campaign, takes place in Edonia, where Jake, now a mercenary, meets Sherry Birkin, an agent working for DSO (Division of Security Operations).
Sherry survived the incidents that took place in Racoon City and she reaches Edonia where she partners with Jake.
Those who decided to play the Resident Evil 6 Campaigns in the same order as they appear in the video game, remember that Jake met Leon in Leon’s Campaign Chapter 4, when they fought together.
At some point in that campaign, Leon asked Chris Redfield to help Jake and Sherry survive, since Jake owns the antidote to the virus that affected the world. In Chris Campaign, while exploring the underwater facility, Chris teams up with Jake and tells him that he was the one who killed Albert Wesker, Jakes father (Chris’ Campaign Chapter 5).
The first chapter in Jake’s Campaign, is in fact an introductory mission, which explains how Jake and Sherry reached the same city where Leon was hunting down Simmons, and what they were doing in the underwater facility where Chris and Piers found them. When the chapter begins, we can also see Ada Wong, spying on Jake.
Note: In order to collect all Resident Evil 6 Serpent Emblems in Jake’s Campaign Chapter 1, in a single playthrough, it is a good idea to play as Sherry.
First Serpent Emblem Location
Once we gain control over Jake, we follow the waypoints to reach the streets along with Sherry. When we do, we will be attacked by a BSAA helicopter, and we have to move as fast as we can from one building to another.
We continue to follow the streets and take several turns, before we can find the first Resident Evil 6 Serpent Emblem.
The emblem is located above the door of a house we have to cross. After we shoot it down, we enter the said house. We continue to advance until we trigger the first cutscene.
Second Serpent Emblem Location
The second Emblem in Chapter 1 of Jake’s Campaign can be found after we watch the cutscene showing the dialogue between Sherry and Jake.
We find out that in fact Sherry came after Jakes blood, which has the antibodies needed to cure the infected population. As a mercenary, Jake has a price, and he will eventually agree to sell one pint.
We watch the cutscene and we exit the building followed by Sherry. At this point we make sure we remain on the high path while moving towards the next point. We continue to kill the Javos and as soon as we go around the first building we should see a red pole. Behind it, we can spot the Serpent Emblem attached to the mountain. We shoot it, down, grab the pole and continue to advance.
Third Serpent Emblem Location
The third RE6 Emblem in Jake’s Campaign can be picked up only by Sherry. At some point, our team will be attacked by a large boss, named Ustanak.
Since Ustanak is too powerful for us, our only chance is to flee. We continue to run and jump, until we escape the boss, which will eventually stop chasing us. When the race is over, we are inside a building.
If we go left, we will see a bathroom, and in the ceiling, a hole. As Sherry we ask Jake to help us reach the second floor, where we can find multiple chests, and in a corner, on the ground, the Serpent Emblem. We take it, and then return to Jake.
Fourth Serpent Emblem Location
Our second fight against Ustanak will send us in an underground passage, which must be crossed to reach the streets again.
We explore the passage collecting every item we can find, and eventually, will see the exit, marked on our screens.
Once we approach the exit, we stop and look on top of the demolished buildings in front of us, to find the fourth and final Serpent Emblem in Jake’s Campaign Chapter 1.
As we exit the building Jake and Sherry meet Chris and Piers who fight against the B.O.Ws in Edonia. The events that occur at this point coincide with those revealed in Chris’ Campaign Chapter 2, when Chris was fighting along with Piers in Edonia.
After we help Chris with the B.O.Ws we depart, and continue Jake’s Campaign in Chapter 2 since we have collected all Resident Evil 6 Serpent Emblems in the first chapter.
