If you manage to complete the Prototype 2 main-mission named, Last Resort, you will unlock three additional Prototype 2 //Blacknet missions, named Operation: Long Horizon, Operation: Stun Circuit and Operation Clockwork.
Operation: Long Horizon is the first side-mission you should complete, since it is the 10th Blacknet mission in the Red Zone.
To start Operation: Long Horizon, locate Terminal 10 (Coordinates: 402, 308) near the entrance of a Blackwatch base in western Midtown area.

Approach the terminal and interact with it to receive additional information regarding your first target: Lindsay Benhurst.
She can be found in a small Blackwatch base, in Chinatown (Coordinates 514, 437). She is inside a cage; therefore, to consume her you must release her. How you do this depends on you playing style. You can alert the nearby guards and take them out, or you can stealth consume them. You can also send some Brawlers to complete this job for you; however be very careful because Lindsay Benhurst is an Evolved, and a powerful one.
Combat Tip: If you wish to maintain a fair distance from her, use Hellers whipfist
No matter how you approach the target, you will have to fight her. Once her health bar is depleted, consume Lindsay Benhurst to unlock Cargo Delivery 24-K:
Important Blackwatch and Gentek cargo is vulnerable. Steal it quickly.
After you receive the first update, hijack the helicopter nearby and use it to destroy the Blackwatch Helicopter marked on your map, (Chinatown, Approx. Map Coordinates: 461, 420).
When the target is destroyed, eject quickly and collect the crates dropped by the helicopter, before the time runs out. There are 4 crates that must be collected in this race against time, and then a new helicopter spawns nearby. Take it out, and then collect the crates.
Tip: You can always attack the helicopters with Hellers whipfist or tendrils. If you wish, you can jump and weaponize them.
The third Blackwatch Helicopter spawns to the North. After you destroy him, an Evolved ejects and you must kill him.
Tip: Summon some Brawlers to keep the Evolved busy while you attack him.
Defeat the Evolved, and you will complete Cargo Delivery 24-K. Now, you must return to Terminal 10 and access Dr. Lawrence Fosters records.
You will find Dr. Lawrence Foster on a roof (Coordinates: 566, 323), and he is guarded by several Brawlers; however dont be fooled by their presence, because he is in fact an Evolved.
Kill the Brawlers, then fight the doctor and consume him to unlock Stronghold 9-D.
For the second phase of this side-mission, travel to Base Hotel Two Seven (Chinatown, Coordinates: 515, 435) where you must find Dr. Vandiver and Commander Chapin.
Since Base Hotel Two Seven is under attack, just use the hand scanner near the entrance to enter the facility.
In the first room you can stealth consume all guards, if you start with the one on the other side, not the guard near the entrance. Head downstairs and stealth consume Dr. Vandiver when he reaches the central area of the room (the guards cant see you there).
Now, use the hand scanner and access the next room. Inside you will find Commander Chapin who is an Evolved. Defeat him by summoning your Brawlers, and then consume him to upgrade your hammerfists.
Next, use the same doors to reach the exit and complete the mission.
Note: At this point you can focus on the next Blacknet mission, named Operation: Stun Circuit.
