Along with more than 100 cars, Need for Speed: Shift 2 Unleashed offers over 60 tracks, located all around the world.
The tracks that can be accesses in the game, were revealed on the games official website, however four of them remain unknown, and the player has to unlock them, by advancing in the game.
Each track from Need for Speed: Shift 2 Unleashed has one or more configurations, based on the events that will take place there.
For example, the Irwindale Speedway, a track located in U.S, has three configurations and these are: Oval Drift, Drift Layout 1, Drift Layout 2.
Basically, in the game, the location wont change, however the layouts of the track will be slightly modified, to fit the event that will occur on the track (in our case Irwindale Speedway).
The variety of tracks as well as the configurations implemented by developers will enhance the gameplay experience and the games lasting appeal.
Need for Speed: Shift 2 Unleashed was developed by Slightly Mad Studios and can be played on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
