Also known as John Carlton, Johnny Cage is a Mortal Kombat character who appeared in almost every MK video game, starting with the first title of the series.
Players and fans of the franchise, were also able to see him in Mortal Kombat II, Mortal Kombat Trilogy, Mortal Kombat 4, Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance, Mortal Kombat: Tournament Edition, and Mortal Kombat: Armageddon.
Belonging to the Earthrealm, Johnny Cage, is one of the confirmed characters from Mortal Kombat 2011, or Mortal Kombat 9. Cage fights side by side with his allies, including Sub-Zero, Liu Kang, Raiden or Kitana, in order to stop Shao Kahn and his followers.
The presence of Johnny Cage in Mortal Kombat 2011 was also confirmed on the games official website. Johnny Cage, was one of the playable characters in the demo version of the game, along with Mileena, Scorpion and Sub-Zero.
Unlike Kratos, who appears only in the PlayStation 3 version of the game, Johnny Cage, is also available in the Xbox 360 version of Mortal Kombat 2011.
