Metal Gear Rising Revengeance File R-04: Hostile Takeover puts Raiden one step closer to Sundowner, after Monsoon is defeated at the end of the third chapter of the video game.

Metal Gear Rising Revengeance File R-04 collectibles locations guide, refers strictly to the fourth chapter that must be completed by those who wish to beat the videogame and to find all Data Storage Devices, MIBs and VR Missions Computers.

Data Storage 14 (Collectible 071)
In the lobby of the building, turn right when you enter and check the large pillar to spot the first Metal Gear Rising Revengeance Data Storage device in File R-04.
To get it, jump on the pillar behind it, and then use the LCDs on the wall to reach the collectible.
VR Mission 013
Immediately after you clear the lobby in World Marshalls building, follow the stairs up and at the end of the hallway you should see the terminal that unlocks Metal Gear Rising Revengeance File R-04 VR Mission 013.
The box is behind a window you can break, along with a homing missile.
VR Mission 014
When you reach the 20th floor, you can unlock two additional VR Missions.
The first one requires the terminal located in a room adjacent to the central round office.
It is a small room, and you can miss the terminal if you dont enter it, because its near the door, around the corner.
VR Mission 015
The next VR Mission box is also on the 20th floor. To get it, look for another small room, close to the point you have to reach in order to leave the floor.
From outside you can see a blue drawer, behind a door made of glass.
In the room to the left, if you activate your AR Mode you should see two boxes marked on your HUD.
Data Storage 15 (Collectible 072)
When you reach the inner courtyard of the Chinese pagoda, you will have to follow some stairs above the buildings in order to get to the newt waypoint.
Under the stairs is a box containing a new Metal Gear Rising Revengeance Data Storage Device.
Data Storage 16 (Collectible 073)
Metal Gear Rising Revengeance File R-04 Data Storage 16 or Collectible 073, is probably the trickiest collectable in MGRR, because it is dropped by an enemy cyborg.
It can be found while riding the platform to the upper levels of the building. At some point two cyborgs will shoot the tank on your platform, and Dok will tell you to leave it and jump on the other one.
It is important to disregard his advice and continue to kill the enemies that spawn on your platform. After you kill all of them look around for Metal Gear Rising Revengeance collectible 073.
Men in Boxes 04 (Collectible 056)
To find the next collectable you have to advance through the chapter until you reach the top floor of the building using the platforms on which you are attacked by waves of enemies.
When the platform stops, you should stop as well and look around. On this floor, you should see a large window, and near it, on both sides, multiple crates.
Jump on those to the right while facing the said window and use the small hole to slide inside the room behind the glass.
Look around for a cardboard box and inside you will find another MIB or, Metal Gear Rising Revengeance Hidden Cardboard Soldier.
VR Mission 016
Once you get the previous collectible, head towards the hole above the crates (there is only one way to exit this specific chamber), and look down.
The green box that unlocks Metal Gear Rising Revengeance VR Mission 016 is in the right corner of the corridor below you and can be missed if you leave the area.
Data Storage 17 (Collectible 074)
In the server room, after the cutscene showing Sundowner, you will be asked to follow him; however you shouldn’t rush, and investigate the large chamber.
Follow the stairs up to the second floor and turn left. Go around the central area, until you reach the end of the balcony, where you can see a locker and some pipes.
Jump on the locker, then on the pipes and jump again to get to the right side of the room.
Continue to advance until you find a blocked door and to the right, while facing it, a box. Open it to get the data storage device.
VR Mission 017
In the corridor behind the sever room, while chasing Sundowner, you will see three green lockers, on the right side. Behind them, is the terminal that unlocks Metal Gear Rising Revengeance VR Mission 017.
After you get it jump on the boxes and continue to follow Sundowner.
At the end of the fight against Sundowner, the Custom Cyborg Body (Desperado Version) becomes available, along with the fifth Metal Gear Rising Revengeance chapter, and the Pincer Blades Bloodlust.
