Ten Metal Gear Rising Revengeance File R-03 collectibles locations must be visited by players who wish to get all Data Storage Devices, VR Missions Computers and the MIB, while playing Chapter R-03, called Mile High.
MGRR File R-03 is longer than the previous chapter of the video game, and takes Raiden to Denver, after he quits Maverick.
On his way to the city, where he intends to find and kill Sundowner, Raiden is attacked by cyborg officers, and eventually stopped.
Accompanied by Wolf, he begins his journey towards Sundowners laboratory.
In Metal Gear Rising Revengeance File R-03 you can find 4 Data Storage Devices, 1 Hidden Cardboard Box Soldier and five MGRR VR Missions Terminals.

VR Mission 008
The first Metal Gear Rising Revengeance File R-03 VR Mission is located in the starting area. After you clear the streets, Wolf will show you the way, through a building nearby.
Before entering the building check the barricade on the left side of the marked door.
Behind the barricade is the terminal that allows you to unlock Metal Gear Rising Revengeance VR Mission 008. After you pick it up, head up, but remain on the balcony.
Data Storage 10 (Collectible 067)
While standing on the balcony, check the glass cover above the stairs to find the Metal Gear Rising Revengeance File R-03 Data Storage 010.
VR Mission 009
As soon as you enter the building discovered by Wolf, you will receive a call from Boris.
After the conversation, check the second floor for a wall made of glass.
Behind the wall you will spot the terminal required to unlock Metal Gear Rising Revengeance VR Mission 009.
Men in Boxes 03 (Collectible 055)
After you escape the room where you are ambushed by two Gekkos, head left instead of right, and make a right turn to reach a dead end.
In the right corner you should see a cardboard box containing the Metal Gear Rising Revengeance File R-03 Men in Boxes 03.
VR Mission 010
The moment you reach the roofs, you have to make sure that you pay close attention to the environment. First, use the crane to jump on the next building, and then clear the roof you are standing on.
To advance you have to climb the stairs and place Raiden on a red platform.
Instead of jumping, make sure that you turn left and look in the space between the two structures (behind two large pipes) to find the terminal for MGRR VR Mission 010.
Data Storage 11 (Collectible 068)
Metal Gear Rising Revengeance Data Storage 011 or Collectible 068 is extremely hard to find, because it is dropped by one of your opponents.
As you advance on the roofs, you will eventually have to destroy a helicopter. After you deal with it, stop, and you should see the next building you have to reach.
On the same roof are a civilian and a checkpoint activated the moment you reach the said area. When you do, you should see a Slider flying towards you (the same Slider that drops a cyborg officer).
Make sure that when the Slider flies above your head, you jump and take it out. If you miss it, you have to restart the mission from the last checkpoint.
Dont try to use any ranged weapons, because it is easier to melee the Slider in Blade Mode.
Data Storage 12 (Collectible 069)
The next Metal Gear Rising Revengeance collectible is a Data Storage that can be located inside the tunnels after you leave the roofs.
In the tunnels you will have to be very careful, and kill the two large cyborgs as fast as you can.
Next, continue to advance keeping in mind that the Data Storage is on the left train track (partially blocked) behind a sustaining pillar. The item is also guarded by a Mastiff Cyborg.
Once you get it, continue to advance up on the next train, to get another collectable.
VR Mission 011
While standing on the train mentioned above (should be located on the right train track) you will see a large cyborg patrolling the area.
Take him out, and then look on the left track in the same position where you have found the Data Storage collected earlier.
In a corner is the terminal for Metal Gear Rising Revengeance File R-03 VR Mission 011. Now, you have to take out the last Mastiff and activate a terminal.
VR Mission 012
On your way to the surface, you will be contacted by Wolf in a room with a gate that can be destroyed.
After the conversation, cut the door, and pay attention to the left side of the tunnel for another box that can be activated to unlock Metal Gear Rising Revengeance VR Mission 012.
Data Storage 13 (Collectible 070)
After you reach the streets, continue to advance and you will eventually encounter more enemies, near a barricade (after you kill the mech on the bridge).
Once you take them out, you will have to go right, as instructed by Boris. Move slowly and look for a vending cart on the left side of the street. It is in front of a coffee shop called Thunderbolt Café.
The cart allows you to reach the balcony of a building, where you will find the Data Storage Device 013. Once you get the final collectible, head towards Marshalls Office, where Monsoon awaits.
For defeating him, you will gain access to a new weapon, named Tactical Say Dystopia and to Metal Gear Rising Revengeance Chapter R-04.
