Guard Duty is the first Metal Gear Rising Revengeance chapter, also known as File R-00. Even if its an introductory mission, you will be able to find two Metal Gear Rising Revengeance collectibles.

Metal Gear Rising Revengeance File R-00 begins with a cutscene showing prime-minister Nmani accompanied by Mr. Lightning Bolt.
The real name of the main character, Raiden, is revealed moments later when the prime-ministers limo is attacked by a cyborg, named Jetstream Sam.
The guards cant handle Jetstream Sam and his soldiers, so its up to Raiden to solve the situation.
File R-00 Collectibles

Data Storage 01 (Collectible 058)
The first Metal Gear Rising Revengeance Data Storage Device can be located later in Chapter R-00.
After you cross the damaged building you will enter the sewers, where you have to chase the cyborg that kidnapped the prime-minister.
At this point in the game you will hear Boris telling you to use your Ninja Run. Instead, advance slowly and look for an entrance to a small area below you.
The entrance should be located approximately at the middle of the main sewer, and it has several bars that block your way.
Cut the bars, and then get inside by running forward while pressing RT+Y. Once you slide inside, look around for the Data Storage Device.
Data Storage 02 (Collectible 059)
The second Metal Gear Rising Revengeance Data Storage Device can be found while pursuing the same man on the train. As you advance you will have to jump on several larger crates.
Boris will inform you that the cyborgs have been deployed on the train. Make sure that as soon as you spot them, you stop. You should be on top of a crate.
If you look down you can spot the Data Storage Device below you.
After you get the device, you must fight Sam. Unfortunately you can’t win the battle; therefore, as soon as the fight ends, watch the cutscene to unlock the File R-00: Status Closed achievement/trophy and second mission/chapter in the game: File R-01: Coup d’Etat.
