Rannoch: Geth Fighter Squadrons is a Mass Effect 3 side mission, which becomes available after Priority: Perseus Veil, also known as Priority: Geth Dreadnought.

Walkthrough
To begin Rannoch: Geth Fighter Squadrons travel to Perseus Veil in the Milky Way, and locate Planet Rannoch. Enter the orbit, and choose Geth Comm Hub as your landing point.
Customize your team and equipment, and then watch the introductory cutscene. You will notice that Rannoch: Geth Fighter Squadrons is different than all other missions.
You will be inside a server and you have to reach the first access point. All you have to do is to follow the blue tiles that appear under your feet when you advance, and destroy the yellow blocks. You cant run out of ammo and you cant get lost since there is only one path to follow.
After you reach the first checkpoint, you will enter a new area, but the gameplay wont change. A very important point of interest is near a large yellow block (Data Cluster) that appear to your right. Look for it, after the second set of stairs.
If you search the area to the left, while standing near the huge yellow block, you will find the Reaper Code Fragment which allows you to complete the Reaper Code Fragments Citadel mission.
The exact position is marked by several orange blocks that cant be destroyed.
Continue forward, and eventually, you will reach a dead end. Geth VI will tell you that he cant get access to the Data Cluster. To advance you have to destroy all clusters blocks connected to the Data Cluster. Move towards the second Data Cluster and use the same strategy to advance.
Continue until you reach the second Access Point, and then watch the cutscene.
In the third area, you will encounter several different tentacles. They are more powerful and they can regenerate. To destroy the blocks including those connected to the third Data Cluster; you must hit some weak spots, and interrupt the regeneration process.
Keep in mind that these weak points are always above you. Hit them, and then continue to destroy the blocks and access the third Data Cluster.
At this point all you have to do is to destroy the last Data Cluster, then exit the server through the Exit Point. Talk to Geth VI during the final cutscene, to complete the mission.
New achievement/trophy unlocked: Saboteur.
