“An Asari military trainer needs texts from the Library of Asha.
Recover the texts from the Nimbus Cluster and deliver them to her at the Purgatory in the Citadel.”

Walkthrough
To begin the side-mission, go to the Purgatory Bar in the Citadel and near the stairs that take you to the dance floor, you should see an Asari Military trainer.
Approach him to add the quest to your journal.
To get the texts from the Library of Asha, use the Galaxy Map and go to Nimbus Cluster.
Enter the Agaiou System and scan Carcosa Planet.
Once you get the texts return to the military trainer for your reward.
Next ME3 side-mission is Mesana: Distress Signal (Kallini: Ardat-Yakshi Monastery).
