Find one on the Citadel and deliver it to him.”

Walkthrough

To complete this mission all you have to do is to visit the Citadel and the Presidium Commons.

Then go to point 1 (bank) and look for the Elkoss Combine Arsenal Supplies Terminal.

Access it and purchase the E-Gel Thermal Conduit for 1.000 Credits.

Take it back to Engineer Adams to finish the mission.
