You can complete this mission while playing the N7 Mission Cerberus Lab.
After you get the Medi-Gel, return it to Dr. Ravin in Huerta Memorial Hospital.
You will find Doctor Ravin in the lobby, and as a reward you will get reputation points, credits and the Hanar & Drell Forces War Assets.
