In Mass Effect 3, when you return to Normandy, after Priority: The Citadel 2, if you talk to Specialist Traynor, you will receive a side-mission named Arrae: Ex-Cerberus Scientists.

Walkthrough
This mission can be completed immediately after the first mission of the second act.
Using the Galaxy Map travel to Minos Wasteland and to System Arrae. Land on Planet Gellix, to begin the mission.
After the cutscene, advance and take out the Cerberus troops that spawn to the left. Move forward, when the area is cleared, and talk to Jacob and Brynn.
When the dialogue ends, talk to Dr. Brown to the right, then follow the stairs to the left.
On the second floor check the desk on the other side of the hallway for two Datapads, and then go through the door near Dr. Archer, after you speak to him.
In the next area, just in front of you, is a Weapon Bench and next to it Assault Rifle Magazine Upgrade.
Follow the stairs to the next level, and salvage the Medical Station behind the door, to the right.
Continue to advance on the stairs to the right and you will see Brynn.
After the next dialogue, investigate the area. First, check the desks next to Brynn (on her left side) for two Datapads. Now, turn around, and near the stairs you should see a scientist. In front of him is a microscope.
Examine the Turian Toxin Data, required to complete the Cerberus Turian Poison Citadel mission.
Enter the Recovery Room, and near the entrance to the right you will find the Kassa Fabrication Greaves and two Data-Pads near Jacob.
Next, head towards your objective, and after you climb the ladder, you will find the M-6 Carnifex, on a pipe, to the left.
Push forward towards the Satellite Tower, and when you reach the Telemetry Override Panel look to the right for a Medical Station.
Activate the console then advance toward the AA Guns located on the upper platforms. First, activate the left AA Gun, then the one to the right. Near it, look for a Data Pad and a Med Kit.
While your squad-member repairs the second AA Gun, use the turret to kill the Cerberus attacking your position.
Return to Brynn and Jacob, and evacuate the scientists; however, on your way out, expect multiple enemies and an Atlas Mech.
Defeat it to complete the mission.
