Matchmaker is the Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII side-quest discovered while playing Dog, Doctor and Assistant, which is activated inside the Research Camp in the eastern Eremite Plains.
Matchmaker; however, can’t be played unless you start the said quest and if you don’t complete Round ‘Em Up in Aryas Village.
Once the latter is finished, while working on Dog, Doctor and Assistant; Tilda, one of the NPCs involved in this quest will ask you a favor.
She needs a series of materials to send them as a present to Dr. Sheep (Fuzzy Search side-quest).

Quest Details
Description: “Tilda, the doctor based at the Research Camp want to give Dr. Sheep some ingredients as a present – but she cannot find them herself. She needs four moonsoul blooms, two rocky crag moles, and five strips of green leather. Green leather can be collected from Goblins.”

Quest Walkthrough
Assuming that you have activated the side-quest, thus collecting the materials for the Animal Potion, you already know that Moonsoul Bloom is a flower that appears only between 6 PM and 6 AM.
For the Matchmaker side-quest you need to collect 4 additional Moonsoul Blooms. Once you get them you must locate and hunt 5 Goblins to get the Green Leather.
The Goblins are weak creatures that spawn in Eremite Pains, outside the Research Camp. You can kill them faster if you cast lightning-based attacks. After you get the leather it is time to get the Rocky Crag Moles, for which your Chocobo must know how to glide.
Travel to the Rocky Crag area, following the path west from Canopus Farms. When you exit the first tunnel, slightly move east and look for a large downed tree.
Climb it and when you reach the other side glide to the elevated platform to your right. Look for the first Rocky Crag Mole near the mountain and close to several red flowers.
Now, open your map and from your current position locate the large area north from the Moogle Village and west from Poltae. Follow the only route available and when you reach the clearing try to find a way to get on the elevated platforms around you.
You have to move north and glide from one platform to another until you can see a smaller one. It is similar to a pillar made of stone and you have to land exactly on it if you want to get the second Rocky Crag Mole. When you do, return to Tilda, and talk to her.
The next step is to travel to Aryas Village, south from Canopus Farms. Here, locate Dr. Sheep inside the collar and watch the cutscene that starts.
At the end of the cutscene, Matchmaker side-quest ends.
