inFamous: Second Son Paper Trail side-missions, are downloadable side activities that can be played if you own the video game and have an active PSN account.
The Paper Trail side-missions in inFamous: Second Son act as DLCs that are released weekly, the first one becoming available the day inFamous: Second Son was released.
Through these missions, you are able to solve a series of puzzles each week, and eventually solve the mystery behind D.U.P, or the Department of Unified Protection.
The inFamous: Second Son Paper Trail missions are released weekly, for six weeks, as updates required by the game.
Along with these missions; however, there are additional bonuses you can get in the game, and the following guide explains the steps you need to follow if you want to access them.
Linking Your PSN Account On inFamous Paper Trail
From the beginning, you have to make sure that your PlayStation 4 is connected to the internet, and that you also have an active internet connection on your computer.
Next, you will have to visit http://infamouspapertrail.com/ and sign-up if you wish, or sign-in using your Facebook account.
On the right side of the screen, link your PSN account using the same credentials as those you use on PlayStation 4.
Now, that you have an active account, it is time to earn some Karma Points, which can be very useful early in the game.
For this, scroll down the page in your Paper Trail account, and you will see a series of tasks you can complete.
The first one named Join the Movement is automatically accomplished by registering on infamouspapertrail.com, while the last one (Link Your PSN Account) was also completed.

Conduit + Sensory Test
Now that you completed CRLs Conduit Awareness Quiz, you can move to the third test named Conduit+ Sensory Test.
For this test you wont have to provide the correct answers, but you have to watch a series of pictures (Phase 1: Visual Acumen) and then play several sounds (Phase 2: Auditory Capacity), for which you will be asked what you see or hear.
Again, there are no correct answers, but those you give will define your profile as a Conduit.
This profile will not affect the actual game.
For the last phase named Phase 3: Hybrid Activity, you must associate the images you saw with the sounds you have played. Once you end the test, you can see the result based on your answers.
The test will tell you if you have the personality of a Conduit, and if the answer is positive, what power would you master.
Additionally, you will earn Karma Points you can use in the game.
After you complete all tests, and link your PSN account on the website, go back to the game to play the first Paper Trail Mission that was already released.
If you wish to finish it faster, make sure you follow our inFamous: Second Son Paper Trail Mission Part 1 walkthrough which explains what you have to do in order to find all clues.
