Gears of War Judgment The Museum of Military Glory is the first chapter in the video game, and also the first chapter that includes a series of Gears of War Judgment COG Tag collectibles and Gears of War Judgment Declassified Missions.
Damon Baird and his Kilo Squad must prove their innocence in front of Col. Ezra Loomis.
The Museum of Military Glory is the first chapter that represents a Kilo Squad members testimony, the one of Lt. Damon Baird.
Kilo Squads task was to reinforce a supply convoy, but they realized the convoy was attacked by Locust, hence their job changed to defending the nearby museum.
The following Gears of War Judgment collectibles guide includes a series of hints and tips that must be used in association with the screenshots at the end, in order to help players locate every GoWJ COG Tag and Declassified Mission in Chapter 1.
Bairds Testimony
“Damon Baird: Just give me ten minutes to go back there and make sure the bastards dead. Ezra Loomis: Move, Lieutenant Baird.
Onyx Guard 1: There goes a record.
Onyx Guard 2: What?
Onyx Guard 1: Guy went from lieutenant to war criminal in less than a week.
Ezra Loomis: As you were.
Ezra Loomis: The accused are denied any right to an attorney and may not question the authority of this tribunal.
Garron Paduk: So we cant ask why youre doing this now?
Ezra Loomis: At the conclusion of this tribunal, I will issue a fair and swift verdict.
Garron Paduk: Right, of course you will
Sofia Hendrick: Colonel, are we being charged with doing our job?
Ezra Loomis: The charges will be defined as I hear your testimony. Now, Lieutenant Baird. Begin with the last time we saw each other.”

Gears of War Judgment Old Town Declassified Mission
“Kilo Squad claimed to encounter unknown Locust variant. DARK WRETCHES REPLACE NORMAL WRETCHES”
Shortly after the chapter starts, you and your team arrive in a market where you can see a tree on fire. After you pass the market, you can see the Gears of War logo on a wall to your right.
The logo indicates a declassified mission, where you can take on additional challenges and earns Stars faster.
It is the Gears of War Judgment Old Town Declassified Mission, hence you accept the mission and you continue on the path marked on your HUD.
If you successfully complete the declassified mission, you unlock the Challenge Accepted achievement when you choose to go towards the next section.
Gears of War Judgment Old Town COG Tag
In the next area, you find out that your convoy is destroyed, so you kill all the opponents and then you head to the waypoint.
Before joining your team, you check the courtyard across the street (its exactly across your teams current position). On the buildings wall is a smaller Gears of War logo, which indicates that is a COG Tag nearby.
The Gears of War Judgment Old Town COG Tag, which is also the first one in the video game, is next to the dumpster.

Riverwalk District
Gears of War Judgment Riverwalk District Declassified Mission
“Lt. Baird claimed unauthorized Hammer of Dawn strikes took place in Old Town. FINISH BEFORE HAMMER OF DAWN STRIKE IN 5:00 FAILURE WILL RESULT IN DEATH!”
After you jump over the barrels, you find the dead soldier that has a sniper rifle. Here you can activate the Gears of War Judgment Riverwalk District Declassified Mission.
Gears of War Judgment Riverwalk District COG Tag
If you activated the declassified mission, it is a good idea to hurry up until you are in the market with the turret.
While facing the turret (from the lower level), you turn left to see an alley where the Gears of War logo can be spotted in the distance.
The Gears of War Judgment Riverwalk District COG Tag is at the end of the alley, around the right corner.

Museum Gardens
Gears of War Judgment Museum Gardens Declassified Mission
“Kilo Squad utilized prohibited Locust weapon and claimed it was effective. USE HAMMERBURSTS, SAWED-OFF SHOTGUNS AND ONE-SHOTS ONLY”
After you break the door, you find the Gears of War Judgment Museum Gardens Declassified Mission in the same corridor.
Gears of War Judgment Museum Gardens COG Tag
You break the second door, and as soon as you are out of the building you look for the Gears of War logo on your right side.
You walk on that alley until you find the Gears of War Judgment Museum Gardens COG Tag.

Great Hall
Gears of War Judgment Great Hall Declassified Mission
“Kilo Squad alleged that Onyx Guard units had improperly set up defenses and that Nemacysts infiltrated the Museum. NEMACYST WILL JOIN THE GROUND ATTACK”
When you enter the Great Hall, you check behind the statue thats right in front of you, because this is the point where you can start the Gears of War Judgment Great Hall Declassified Mission.
Be advised that the mission must be started before the first wave, otherwise it will disappear.
Gears of War Judgment Great Hall COG Tag
When youre done with the enemies (or before the first wave), you need to go to the fountain downstairs (the logo is on the statue), and then jump in the water to find the Gears of War Judgment Great Hall COG Tag.

Kashkur Wing
Gears of War Judgment Kashkur Wing Declassified Mission
“Kilo Squad observed Locust equipped with the new COG Mk 2 Lancer Assault Rifle. LANCER WIELDING CYCLOPS DRONES IN THE AREA”
As soon as you access the next section, you can start the Gears of War Judgment Kashkur Wing Declassified Mission from the wall on your left.
Gears of War Judgment Kashkur Wing COG Tag
In the large hall, you kill all Locust, and then you go near the stairs (you should see the Gears of War logo).
The Gears of War Judgment Kashkur Wing COG Tag is below the turrets position.

East Wing
Gears of War Judgment East Wing Declassified Mission
“Lt. Baird claimed Kilo Squad defended Nassar Embrys armor with no additional Onyx support. STOP LOCUST FROM DESTROYING NASSAR EMBRYS ARMOR”
In the next section, the Gears of War Judgment East Wing Declassified Mission is right in front of you (as you enter), and it must be activated before the first wave of enemies.
Gears of War Judgment East Wing COG Tag
You complete the enemy waves, and before heading out to the next section, you regroup with you team and then you check the room thats on the right side of the exit.
Inside is the Gears of War Judgment East Wing COG Tag (the logo is on a pillar outside the room).

Archives
Gears of War Judgment Archives Declassified Mission
“Kilo Squad claimed to have found and destroyed Locust eggs of unknown origin. SERAPEDE EGGS LEFT INTACT WILL HATCH, SPAWNING MORE SERAPEDES TO FIGHT.”
The Gears of War Judgment Archives Declassified Mission can be found at the middle of the staircase, as you go downstairs.
The fastest way to get all the eggs is to walk along the rail track, while checking all the adjacent rooms (tip: you should keep an eye out on the walls and ceilings if you want to find them all, especially in the larger room; also, their positions seem to be random).
Gears of War Judgment Archives COG Tag
When youre done with the eggs, you break the lock and then you go left. Now you should walk alongside the wall, pass the platform with the Mulcher, and behind the shelves you should see the Gears of War logo.
The Gears of War Judgment Archives COG Tag is behind the shelves on your right, as youre facing at the logo.

Vaults
Gears of War Judgment Vaults Declassified Mission
“Kilo Squad alleged that dust in Archives reduced its combat efficacy. HEAVY DUST WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY.”
As you enter the final section of the chapter, you should see the Gears of War Judgment Vaults Declassified Mission on the wall to your right.
Gears of War Judgment Vaults COG Tag
You break the door, and then you fight your way to the exit. On the right side of the room is a giant hole. When you reach the stairs (that are also on the right side), you turn right and you walk until you see the Gears of War logo (assuming you activated the declassified mission, it will be hard to see it if youre too far).
At the edge of the hole is the Gears of War Judgment Vaults COG Tag.

After the cutscene with the grub named Karn, you unlock the next chapter, Halvo Bay Military Academy.
