Gears of War Judgment The Courthouse is the sixth chapter in the video game, and the last one of the main story line. After successfully detonating the Lightmass Missile to save Omega-Two squad in Downtown Halvo Bay, it is time for the final verdict.
But the things dont turn out as expected, because the Courthouse is attacked by Locust forces.

You should see the elevated positions that dont have a fallen column between them. At the top of the one with the logo you can find the Gears of War Judgment Grand Courtroom COG Tag.

Kill all the Locust and head to the exit point. With the exit point to your right, go straight, pass the logo that you see on the left wall, and turn left.

After the cinematic with Karn, you have to immediately activate the Gears of War Judgment Plaza for the Tyran Dead Declassified Mission thats on the left ornamental rock, otherwise itll disappear when Karn starts to attack.
This is also the last Declassified Mission, so if you played and completed all of them so far, you are awarded the Quality Soldiering achievement at the end of the chapter (assuming you played on other difficulty level than Insane).

For the Gears of War Judgment Plaza for the Tyran Dead COG Tag you have to cross the plaza in the heat of the battle. At the base of the soldier memorial is the Gears of War logo, and the COG Tag is lying on the ground.

When you manage to defeat Karn, you complete the chapter and also the main story line. However, if you accumulated at least 42 stars during the campaign you can play a new chapter, Aftermath, which is available through the main menu.
