When you cross the bridge, you can see that it is damaged near the end, so you have to go around the gap using the stairs on the right side.
While on the stairs, if you look slightly to your left you can see the Gears of War logo painted on the bridge.
Therefore, you go across the logo, near the gap, to collect the Gears of War Judgment Enfield Bridge COG Tag.

When you head inside the building, you go in the second room, and after you turn right at the corner you should see the Gears of War Judgment Courtyard Declassified Mission on the right wall.

Assuming you activated the declassified mission, your time in this section is limited.
You clear the first batch of enemies, and then a new enemy will break the door. You deal with him, and then you go inside. Here you must look for a small room on the left side (even if the Gears of War logo is on a wall to the right side of the area).
