In Final Fantasy XV Aftermath of the Astral War side-quest, Vyv the journalist will send you to take two new pictures for his editorial.
Aftermath of the Astral War is the third side-quest you have to complete for Vyv, but in order to start it, first you need to complete An Eye for Islands.
Once you finish the said quest, talk to Vyv at Lestallum’s lookout and he will tell you that for his article on the old gods, he needs two pictures of Taelpar Crag, which is a rift valley that serves as a border between Duscae and Cleigne.
Objective: Shoot Taelpar Crag from the North
After you get the first objective, return to Regalia and fast-travel to Tollhends Stronghold Parking Spot.
Remember that if Cleigne is unreachable because of the Imperial blockades, you can remove them by completing story quests.
From Tollhends Stronghold Parking Spot head north-east and go around the large stronghold, until you see a watchtower.
You can take the first picture for Vyv while standing on top of the tower. Do this during the day.
Objective: Shoot Taelpar Crag from the South
After you take the first pic, fast travel to your car, then drive south-east, until you reach the suspended bridge across Taelpar Crag.
Stop the car, get out, and take the photo while standing on the impressive bridge. Make sure you are next to the icon that shows the exact location.
Objective: Report Back to Vyv
When you have both pictures, return to Vyv and he will reward you with 10,000 Gil.
Additionally, you will unlock Of Gods and Kings, the next quest in Vyv’s questline.

Description: “Vyv of Meteor Publishing is putting together a new feature about ancient legends, and has asked the prince to provide the photos. Noctis obliges, and sets out to snap a shot of the gorge at Taelpar Crag.”
