After the battle with Jack of Blades you unlock The Prophets of the Fire Heart main quest in Fable Anniversary. You can start the quest by meeting with the heroes in Lookout Point.
A hero named Scythe reveals himself on the podium and tells you about some creatures named Summoners.
He requires your help, but in order to be able to travel to his location you must first open the Primal Demon Door and acquire the Fire Heart from the Prophets.
If you want to quickly complete all the puzzles in the quest then use the information available in the following Fable Anniversary walkthrough.

Walkthrough
To start the quest you just need to leave the Heroes Guild through the door that leads to lookout point. A cutscene is triggered and Scythe explains what needs to be done.
Briar Rose and the Guildmaster say that you have Jacks Mask and you are the only one who can open the Demon Door in Lookout Point.
When the conversation is over head across the podium and talk to the door to gain access to the Prophets. Once inside you can observe the Fire Heart above the center of the room and the five Prophets trapped inside some sort of shards.
They tell you that you can get the Fire Heart if you free them. In order to do that you need to solve the puzzle in the room by turning all the tiles to suns. You can also turn the symbols to moons, but that will kill the Prophets and it is considered an act of evil.
There are five Prophets so you need to solve five puzzles to release them. Each puzzle is timed, and if you fail to complete it in that time limit the Fire Heart will scorch you. The tiles in the first puzzle are always the same, but if you choose to change the symbols to moons then the following puzzles will be reversed.
For the first puzzle use the directions: Up, Down, Up, Up, Down, Up, Right, Left, Up, Right, Right, Right.
Use these directions for the second puzzle: Right, Up, Right, Left, Down, Up, Left, Up, Up, Right, Right, Right.
To complete the third puzzle use the directions: Up, Up, Right, Up, Down, Right, Up, Down, Right, Down, Down, Left, Left, Left.
You can complete the fourth puzzle following these directions: Right, Right, Right, Up, Up, Up, Left, Left, Down, Down, Right, Up, Down, Down, Left, Left, Up, Right, Right, Left, Left.
For the fifth and final puzzle you can follow the directions: Up, Up, Up, Right, Right, Right, Left, Down, Up, Down, Down, Up, Down, Down, Right, Left, Up, Down, Left, Left.
Once you rescue all the Prophets you receive the Fire Heart and you complete the quest, but not before receiving a hint from the Guildmaster about a hidden sword somewhere inside the guild.
