In the Grand Chapterhouse quest, your hero must find the Grand Chapterhouse, and open the Causeway there.
This way, the people of Ehb will know that the 10th Legion has returned.
Quest: Reopen the Chapterhouse
Enter the city and cross the large bridge.
When you reach the end of the bridge, look to the left and you will see a save point.
Save your game and move forward, following the main road.
To the left side of the road you will see a woman. It is Ursula, and you must talk to her, because she will give you a new quest, called Supply Lines. You must scare the Lescanzi deserters or kill them, because they attack Ursulas silk shipments.
After you pick up the quest from Ursula, follow the central road and you will eventually reach the Grand Chapterhouse.
Keep in mind that if you are lost, you can press the Up button, on your D-Pad (on Xbox 360), and the path you must follow will be revealed.
When you enter the Grand Chapterhouse, investigate the first room and then go downstairs. Here you will be attacked by guardians.
Try to read the scroll that sits on the altar in the center of the room. You will find out that in order to defeat the guardians, you must find four books: the Book of Vigilant Defense, the Book of Allegiance, the Book of Fair Judgment and the Book of Reconciliation.
All these books are inside the Chapterhouse. Search every chamber but keep in mind that as soon as you see one of the books, you must hurry up and grab it. This way you will close all the traps, and the guardians that attack you will disappear.
After you find these books, you must return them to the library that can be found in the main hall. A secret passage will open and you will find the Causeway.
Talk to Odo and you will finish the quest called Reopen the Chapterhouse. Odo will give you two new quests: The Tumbledown Court and Majority Rules.
