Quell The Hobs is a very short Dragon’s Dogma quest, posted at Pablos Inn, after we reach Gran Soren for the first time.
If we travel back to Cassardis and check the said inn, several new jobs are listed, including the one that activates the side-quest called Quell The Hobs.

“Some claim goblins were once docile creatures, though I doubt it to look upon the devils now. Theyve grown especially bold in the south of late. If theyll not listen to reason, cold steel well suffice.”
Walkthrough
To complete Quell The Hobs, all we have to do is to exit Cassardis through the western gate and check the Unusual Beach at night.
If we do so, we will notice that the goblins set up several camps; but they wont appear during the day.
Since the goblins are weak creatures we wont encounter any problems in defeating them.
During one journey to the Unusual Beach we can kill up to ten goblins, and then we can return to the inn and rest for 24 hours.
If we visit the beach two more times, we will kill the required amount of goblins. The creatures re-spawn daily.
Note: If we wish, we can play Quell The Hobs, while completing other quests, because Gransys is filled with goblins.
Practically, we will find goblins almost everywhere, and since Quell The Hobs, is a task posted on the notice board, we wont have to travel all the way back to Cassardis to complete the quest.
