Three years ago, Delilah Copperspoon and her followers were involved in a strange ritual inside Aramis Stilton’s Manor. You suspect that she became immortal at that point, hence you must investigate the secrets found in the manor.
Although the mission takes place exclusively inside Aramis Stilton’s house and its surroundings, it is very tricky, with multiple pathways and puzzles. Basically, that means even if you see a collectible that seems easy to get at the first glance, it is in fact the other way around.
To make things even harder, your powers are disabled. Instead, you get a time device which lets you switch back and forth between the past and the present. This adds to the difficulty of the puzzles, since you have to use the device all the time when hunting for collectibles.
Luckily, our Dishonored 2 Mission 7 collectibles guide includes solutions for every Rune, Bonecharm, Painting or Blueprint that you come across while playing the mission. If you are still unable to get a collectible for any reason, use the video at the end of the guide or consult our YouTube playlist.
Mission 7 – A Crack in the Slab Collectibles Locations
When you start the mission, enter the manor and head to the second floor. Use the Heart inside the room that’s in front of you as you climb the stairs to find the first Rune in Mission 7, under a table in the left corner.
After you get the “timepiece” from the Outsider, go back to the past and use the stairs in the main lobby to reach the second floor. A door on the right leads to a balcony that overlooks the dining room (where you get the master key).
Push two levers to raise the chandeliers and jump onto the farthest above the room. Transition to the present and hop up the fallen ceiling to reach the attic. Check the attic for a Dishonored 2 Bonecharm.
From the main lobby, go into the dining room at the end of the hallway by switching to the past. There is a vault in the small area past the large statues. Return to the present to bypass the vault’s door, then go in the past again and grab the Painting that’s inside.
In the same vault, there is a Winslow safe that holds a Blueprint collectible.
Break the statue inside the vault mentioned above and switch to the present to access a hole in one of the walls. Go toward the end of the corridor on the left to find a pile of debris.
Transition to the past to find a desk instead. Crawl underneath the desk and transition again into the present day. Destroy the Bloodfly nest above the safe, then go to the past and burn the dead hound in the nearby boiler.
Now you can get into the present to find out the safe combination from the door lying on the floor (for us it was 238). Use it in the past to collect a Black Bonecharm.
If you’re still in the room where you grabbed the previous collectible, use the time device to go back to the present and go through the door next to you to reach the grand hall. Hug the left wall and head downstairs into the basement.
Around the staircase, you should find the elevator. Push the “Great Hall” button while in the past, and when the elevator reaches its destination, return to the present to find the Bonecharm right in front of you.
Go back to the basement and search for a valve’s wheel in a shelf, nearby the stairs (where two Elite guards are talking). Grab the wheel and throw it through the hole in the brick wall.
Return to the present and jump through the hole. Dive in the water to get the wheel and attach it to its valve, while submerged. Turn the wheel to get rid of the water. This will lower some crates on top of which you can find a Dishonored 2 Rune.
While facing the tree in the grand hall, turn right and exit through the glass doors. If you are in the past, shoot the support beams of the balcony that is in this area.
When you transition back into the present, the balcony is now collapsed. Climb up and switch back. The Painting collectible is in the room in front of you, a bit to the right, protected by two guards.
Go back to the balcony and use the broken pipes and girders in the present to traverse the gap. Head through the window next to the steamy pipe and switch back to the past.
Deal with the three guards that are in the room and grab the Rune that’s inside the trunk. Depending on your choices regarding Aramis Stilton, this might be the last collectible in A Crack in the Slab.
However, we suggest to knock out Stilton in order to alter the present and unlock a bunch of new collectibles that are otherwise unavailable. After you do that, return to the grand hall of the present day manor, which isn’t abandoned in the alternate timeline.
Head to the second floor using the stairs or the elevator, and go to the office that’s just around the elevator. Check the desk to find a new Dishonored 2 Mission 7 Bonecharm.
After you get back to the Dust District, go to the United Miners of Karnaca building across the square. In the back room of the building you can find a Bonecharm inside a wooden box. Use the Heart if you have trouble locating it.
Hop through the nearby window and then head past the place that had a Wall of Light in the original timeline. On the right-hand side is a small scaffolding. Climb it to discover a Rune collectible.
From the previous Rune, use the awning and the fan next to you to reach the roof of the nearby building. There is another Bonecharm on the roof, above a sink.
Make your way back to the skiff in the canal. As you enter, on the left-hand side, there are three large fans behind a grate. Check inside the crate in front of them to find a Black Bonecharm, the final Dishonored 2 collectible in Mission 7.
