In Deadlight, Outskirts is the fourth scene of the first act, and while playing this specific level we can find four hidden collectibles.
Three of them are hidden secrets and one is a hidden diary page. Outskirts, begins after we complete the third scene, as soon as we reach Sals Junkyard.
The following Deadlight collectibles guide refers strictly to the fourth scene in the game, and explains where to find all secrets featured in it.
Outskirts Scene Description
Im struggling to survive encounters with these Shadows. Im lucky to be alive. But deep inside of me I feel dread. Where are my girls? My wife Shannon? My daughter Lydia? Will I ever see them again? Ive got to find my friends and my girls. Ive got to.

Secret 1
After we learn how to use the firefighters axe, and how to take out fallen enemies, we enter a building using a window located on the second floor. Inside this building, we can find the first hidden secret, which is an Air Freshener.
The item is located on the ground in the left corner, and to get we have to move fast, or to stop the zombies coming from the right, by dropping a car in front of them.
Once we get this collectible, we can continue to explore the area, and exit through the window on the right side of the building (second floor).
Diary Page
The second collectible can be found moments later, after we exit the building mentioned above. It is one of Randalls Diary Pages and it is located inside a locker. The locker can be found in the first building we enter after we cross the field, when we exit the building where we have found the previous collectable.
When we approach the building, the image starts to blur, and we can hear Randall calling Lydia. We pick up the hidden diary page, and then we descend using the ladder nearby.
Secret 2
The third hidden collectible in Deadlight: Outskirts Scene, is a hundred dollars bill and we can find it after we escape several zombies by crossing some falling platforms.
We run as fast as we can, then climb a ladder until we reach the roof of a building. We advance and then descend the said building, using another ladder. On the ground is a corpse carrying the second hidden secret. We pick it up, and then go back up using the same ladder. Next, we perform a long jump over the fence and continue to advance.
Secret 3 Location
Moments later, after we escape more zombies, we slide down on a hill, and then we jump on an electricity post. While standing on that post we jump again and reach a small chamber where a zombie attacks us.
We take it out with the axe, and then we check the corpse on the ground to find another ID of a stranger. It is the final collectable in Deadlight: Outskirts. After we pick it up, we exit using the same window, and go up, on the roof.
We continue to advance, and watch a cutscene showing two survivors hanging several infested victims. After the cutscene the fifth scene of the first act (A Chance Meeting) begins.
