The mission begins in outer space, after surviving the crash of Eudora at the end of Chapter 2. Seven Dead Space 3 collectables can be found in Dead Space 3 Chapter 3.

Mission Description

C.M.S. Roanoke “The Eudora has been destroyed, and the crew’s lives are in jeopardy. Their only hope is to find refuge inside the Roanoke, an ancient S.C.A.F. ship that’s part of a derelict flotilla orbiting Tau Volantis.”

Weapon Part #1 (Heavy Standard Frame)

When the mission starts, you have to get inside the ship.  After using Telekinesis on the outside door, you enter the airlock. You wait for the pressure to stabilize and then you open the next door using TK.

Then you need to turn left to see the first Dead Space 3 Chapter 3 Weapon Part just ahead of you, near a locked door.

This is the first Weapon Part that can be found in Dead Space 3.

Weapon Part #2 (Tesla Core)

The next collectible, which is another Dead Space 3 Chapter 3 Weapon Part, can be acquired after you let Norton and his crew inside the ship.

Now, the previously locked door where you grabbed the first Weapon Part is unlocked. You head inside where Norton is and you turn right.

Near the large door that’s on the path of the objective is the second Dead Space 3 Weapon Part in Chapter 3.

Circuit #1 (+1 Reload)

After you collect the second Weapon Part, you open the door in front of you, and then the next one to reach the room where you have to use the Power Cells to activate the Bench.

Immediately after getting inside this particular room, you turn right, and on the nearby wall is a box that can be opened to reveal the first Dead Space 3 Chapter 3 Circuit (which is also the first one in the game).

Artifact #1 (S.C.A.F. Artifact 02)

Shortly after you are attacked by the first monsters in this chapter, you need to get inside a presentation room/cinema theatre.

If you look at the bottom of the screen you can spot the first Dead Space 3 Chapter 3 Artifact that can be acquired in the mission.

It is the Dead Space 3 S.C.A.F. Artifact 02.

Circuit #2 (+1 Rate of Fire)

You exit the room where you collected the Artifact and you turn right. You deal with the spawned enemies, and then you walk until the end of the corridor (you don’t use the door that leads to Service Deck).

On the right wall is a power box which contains the second Dead Space 3 Chapter 3 Circuit. Dead Space 3 Chapter 3 Circuit #2 increases the rate of fire by 1.

Near the Circuit mentioned above is a dead body. Alongside the body you can find the the first Dead Space 3 Chapter 3 Log.

After dealing with the enemies with three tentacles, you reach the end of the ventilation tube and you enter a small room with a ladder.

Inside the room, is a shelf in front of you. On it , you can locate the second Dead Space 3 Chapter 3 Log.

Next, you need to turn on the main generator in order to meet with the team. After their departure, the next chapter, called History’s Ember, becomes available.
