Dead Space 3 Chapter 19, also known as Endings, is the final chapter in the video game, and it includes only one Dead Space 3 collectable. Following the events of the previous chapter, Isaac and Carver must undo the damage done by Danik and save the Machine before the Necromorph moon destroys it.

Blood Moon Convergence has begun! The only chance to save humankind is for Isaac to finish the Machines work before it can be destroyed by the Necromorph moon.

When the chapter starts, Convergence forces you to run because it shifts the environment and otherwise it will kill you.
Soon you encounter a tentacle that is blocking your path and two smaller ones that need to be destroyed. Before doing that, you turn around, and on your right side you should see a slope (left side as you come towards the tentacle).
You follow that short path to find the only Dead Space 3 Chapter 19 Artifact which is also the last Alien Artifact in Dead Space 3, so assuming you followed our complete guide, you should also unlock the Aliens achievement/trophy.
