Dead Rising 4 Zombie Graffiti Tags Collectibles Locations Guide
The Zombie Graffiti Tags collectibles can be found while exploring the map of the Xbox One exclusive videogame, Dead Rising 4.
The Zombie Tags, as the name implies, there are simple graffities that can be found on building walls, inside shops, or in trickier locations, like a billboard. These are the only collectibles where you have to use the in-game camera to photograph them, unlike other collectibles that you just pick up.
When you take a photo of a Zombie Tag you get PP, or prestige points, and credits. If you reach a certain milestone, let’s say 10 Zombie Tags, you get a photo filter, which is a cool bonus that you can use to customize your photos from the album.
In total, there are 100 Dead Rising 4 Zombie Graffiti Tags, 25 for each major region of the game. They don’t have a separate menu like the other collectibles where you can check them, but they are counted as exploration challenges, and you need those too if you want to complete the game 100%.
Even if you buy the location maps from the vendors, which typically requires you to upgrade the Emergency Shelters, they don’t help that much since many of the Zombie Tags are hard to spot, either because they are in dark rooms, or simply because they are hidden in the graphics of a billboard.
The Dead Rising 4 collectibles guide below tries to overcome that problem by explaining how to find and photograph each Zombie Tag in the game. Use the included maps to go to the approximate location, then check the text for that number.

Willamette Memorial Megaplex Zombie Tags Locations
Zombie Graffiti Tag #1
The first Dead Rising 4 Zombie Tag can be photographed on one of the outside walls of the Emergency Shelter of the mall, in the corridor that leads to the Amazon Food Court.

The second Zombie Tag can be found in the corridor behind Mamma Supino Pasta in the Amazon Food Court.
Zombie Graffiti Tag #3
The next Zombie Graffiti Tag is a bit tricky to find. Head to the upper floor of The Virago Hotel, then go to the balcony overlooking the plaza, beneath the actual hotel rooms. Walk all the way to the end of the balcony to spot the collectible.

While still in The Virago Hotel, reach the higher section of the upper floor, where you can access the hotel rooms. You can find the Zombie Tag in The Virago Standard Room – left side of the corridor. The room is dark, so use the Night Vision function of the camera and search around the shelf.
Zombie Graffiti Tag #5
Another Zombie Tag is in the Rhiannon Ferosh shop in the Miami Boardwalk section of the mall. You can find in the storage room of the shop, around the door.
Zombie Graffiti Tag #6
This Zombie Tag is also in Miami Boardwalk, but it’s easy to overlook since it’s above Angie’s VIP Hair Salon, not inside. At the exit of Miami Boardwalk there are 3 orange boxes, right under the words “Come Back Soon!”. Climb on them to reach the upper ledge overlooking the area. Walk on the ledge all the way back to Angie’s shop to find a room that’s under construction. Hop through the window to find the Tag.

Go to the Pirate Ship in Caribbean Cove. In the changing room inside the ship you can find another Zombie Tag collectible (the room marked with “Stage Left”). Search the dressing cabin with the pirate waiter pants.

The Zombie Tag marked by 8 on our map for the upper level of the megaplex is at the top of the lighthouse tower in the Caribbean Cove.

Climb above Planet Toddler shop in Caribbean Cove to find a room under construction. On one of the walls is the Graffiti Tag.

There’s a public bathroom in the corridor leading from Caribbean Cove to Kiichiro Plaza. The Zombie Tag is painted on a toilet door in the men’s bathroom.

Above the corridor previously mentioned is the White Rook Protection security shop. You can find the Tag collectible behind the counter, next to some filing cabinets.

The twelfth Zombie Graffiti Tag is the only one that can be found in the underground section of the mall. It is in the parking lot near the Emergency Shelter, next to the exit that leads to the area where you got #10.

Go to Oh-San’s Sun and Moon Sushi in Kiichiro Plaza to find the Tag collectible in the kitchen at the back of the shop.

There is another Dead Rising 4 Zombie Tag in Kiichiro Plaza, behind Kuan’s Bubble Tea shop, but the back entrance is blocked. To get to it you have to use the “Employees Only” doors just outside the plaza. The area is dark, so use the Night Vision.

This Zombie Tag is one of the easiest to miss, because it’s hard to spot. Go to the upper level of Kiichiro Plaza. On the wall next to the Zen store there are two billboards. The Graffiti Tag is hidden in the graphics of the ad on one of the billboards. Use the camera to track it more easily.

There are some restrooms in the corridor that is near the North Pole Town (number 16 on our map). The Zombie Tag is painted on the wall around the mirror where you can change your outfit.

This Zombie Tag is in the storage room of the Colombian Roastmasters shop, which is located on the boulevard leading from Amazon Food Court to Medieval Town.

On the same boulevard you can find Keetos Mountain Equipment shop. As before, the Graffiti Tag is in the storage room, but the room is dark, so you have to use the camera’s Night Vision function.

There is an upper section for the boulevard mentioned above, where you can find the Spa Afrodisia. You can photograph the Zombie Tag on the wall opposite the changing rooms.
Zombie Graffiti Tag #20
The next Zombie Tag can be found in the Medieval Town section of the mall. It is inside an unfinished room above Riley’s Home Center. However, getting there isn’t as easy as it might seem. In order to access the ledge above the area you have to jump on the hay bales that are on the stairs that lead on top of Baron von Brathaus restaurant.

This one is in the castle from Medieval Town. From the previous collectible follow the ledge until you reach the castle balcony. Hop through the window and onto the next balcony to find the Tag painted on the wall.

As you exit the Medieval Town you come across Alessandro Dante shop. The Zombie Graffiti Tag is in one of the fitting rooms at the back of the shop.

This Zombie Tag is in the North Pole Town Square. It is painted on the back of Santa’s big chair.
Zombie Graffiti Tag #24
Go to the upper section overlooking Santa’s town to find McQueen Portrait Studio. The Zombie Tag is conveniently placed next to the white photography backdrop inside the studio.

While on the same floor, head in the opposite direction from the photo studio. The last Dead Rising 4 Zombie Tag in Willamette Memorial Megaplex is on the wall above the escalators, on your right-hand side as you’re looking at the bottom of the escalators.
Old Town Zombie Tags Locations
Zombie Graffiti Tag #26
The first Zombie Tag in Old Town can be found in the public toilets from the park that’s in the north side of the town. Use the Night Vision to see the collectible in the dark.

The next Tag is nearby. Just head south-west from the toilets to find a small bridge. The graffiti is painted on the door under the bridge.

Head between The Brain Dump computer store and the adjacent building to find the Zombie Tag marked by 28 on our map.

Can be found in the storage room of The Brain Dump store.

Mr. Chef’s is just down the street. Go around the back of the building to locate the Dead Rising 4 Zombie Tag next to the rear entrance.

Across the street from the emergency shelter is the Freytag Home Furnishing shop. Inside the storage area, opposite from the mattresses, is the Zombie Graffiti Tag.

Tetro’s Comics & Collectibles is on the corner of the street. The Zombie Tag, however, is on top of the store. Use the dumpster and the scaffold to climb on the roof and then search behind the wooden boards.

Near the safe house is the Colombian Roastmasters diner. Head around the building, in the parking lot, to find the Graffiti Tag on the wall next to the rear entrance.

In the vicinity of the previous collectible is the cemetery. The Zombie Tag #37 can be found on the walls of the small mausoleum on the far end of the cemetery.

On the south side of Old Town is the Willamette Bus Depot. You can find the Zombie Tag painted on the back of the largest column sustaining the roof.

The next Dead Rising 4 Graffiti Tag is on the roof of Rockpile Liquors. Climb up using the dumpster and the awning and check the wooden panel of the makeshift structure.

From the previous collectible, head around the back and look up to the wall of the apartment by Nobleman’s Barber Shop, above the awning. You can’t climb to that spot, so use the zoom function when you take the photo.

This Zombie Tag can be photographed inside Willamette City Hall Archives. Turn on the night vision and search around the farthest file shelf.

There is a Low Income Hotel Room above Big Bulls Meats. Use the RV to climb up and then search the bathroom to find the Zombie Tag collectable.

Behind Big Buck Hardware store there are unmarked storage buildings. The Tag is painted on the outside walls.

Head inside the Old Town Fire Hall and go upstairs. There you can find a small kitchen, and in it, the Zombie Tag collectible.

Near the fire hall there are some Vacant Offices, located on the upper floor. You can access them using the fire escape stairs. Once inside, use the Night Vision to locate the Zombie Graffiti Tag in the corner of the room.

You can get the first Zombie Graffiti Tag in West Ridge area from Tom’s farm. It is on the balcony of the main house, but to access it you must be in Case 5, otherwise the door to the upper floor will be locked.

Enter the courtyard of the Emergency Shelter and go all the way around the building to find the Graffiti Tag.

You can find this Zombie Tag on the side wall of the Tornado Convenience Stop building.

Down the street from the Tornado building is The Patriots house. The Zombie Tag is inside the garage behind the house.

Once you unlock the West Ridge Estate Gated Community in Case 3, go to The Hunters residence. The Zombie Tag collectible is easy to spot, since it’s on the outside wall facing the tennis court.

The Jox Family residence is in the opposite direction inside the gated community. The neighboring house is closed, but you can go around the back to find another Tag.

Moving north, play until you can access the Golden Apple Vineyards. This is where you can find two Zombie Graffiti Tags, marked by 68 and 69, respectively. The first one is up the stairs, in a lounge like area.

Near the vineyards is the Kent Farm. The Zombie tag is painted on a small storage building near the house, out of sight due to some hay bales.

A bit farther from Kent Farm is a big red barn. Use the hay bales to climb to the upper level of the barn and the Tag should be right in front of you.

In the north side of the area you can find an Xmas tree lot. Around the main house there is a shed. The Zombie Tag is sprayed on one of its walls.

The next and final Zombie Graffiti Tag in West Ridge can be found on the lower bridge that connect the town with North Peak – the bridge with the train tracks. The collectible can be found just before the tunnel entrance.

The first Dead Rising 4 Zombie Tag in North Peak is actually found in the Hydroelectric Station and it’s tricky to get. That is because the interior of the station is available only at the end of Case 2, if you exit you complete the mission and you have to play it again from the start. As soon as you turn on the lights for Darcy look around the pillar with the power switch to find the collectible.

The next one is also inside the station, so don’t leave yet. As you follow the waypoint on the catwalks outside the station you will end up in the lower section of the station, near the blue large generators. Search for the wall markings “13 D” and exit through the door at the end to find the Zombie Tag.

If you enter North Peak from the bridge you can see a green Kippax sign near the auto shop. The Zombie Tag is painted on a nearby building, marked #78 on the map.

From the previous collectible head to the large building/factory and on the right-hand side you should find some stairs that go down to the train tracks. You can find the Zombie Tag halfway on the stairs.

Go to The Peaks Motel in the north. The Zombie Graffiti Tag is hidden between two dumpsters under the stairs on the side of the motel.

Neighboring the fire hall is the metal works building. The Zombie Graffiti Tag is painted on the wall facing the firehall.

There are two Zombie Tags on the roof of Skanky’s Pool Hall, numbers 83 and 84 on our North Peak map. To get on the roof use the truck around the back and then traverse on the wooden plank. The Tag should be on the wall to your left side.

Now go back on the plank and to the other roof. Here is another plank which can take you to the highest point on the roof of the pool hall. The Zombie Tag is harder to spot since it’s embedded in the billboard, so use the camera to pinpoint it.

Next to the Glitter Dolls Night Club is a second hand store which is not named on the map. There is a car parked alongside the store; move it to reveal the Tag.

Across the street from the holiday workshop is the water tower and a building named “Willamette Metal Works”. The Graffiti Tag is painted on the side of the building.

Go to the yard that precedes the train yard – you access this area during a case, where you follow the military transport. The building on your right side as you enter has a Zombie Tag, just verify around the building.

The next one is in the same yard, on the side of the adjacent building.

Now enter the trainyard and follow the wall on your right-hand side until you find a storage building. The Zombie Tag is right next to the green dumpsters.

The next four Zombie Tags must be collected in Case 5, the areas in which they can be found are inaccessible otherwise. #96 is in the Kippax cement warehouse, on the far end of the second floor, behind the staircase.

To get this Tag collectible you have to climb a floor higher. And again, it is painted on the staircase which is on the other side of the floor (you need to equip the Exo Suit to get access).

The following two are in the underground tunnels that connect North Peak to the Megaplex, but in areas accessible only in Case 5. This one can be found in a side room after the circular room in which you plant a bomb.

The Zombie Tag marked by 99 on our map is a little further, in a small alcove in the room filled with Christmas decorations, past the room with many evolved zombies.

This one is confusing for many. While it is the last on our list, it is actually the first Zombie Graffiti Tag that can be acquired in the game. It is in a car garage from the military covert base, but that part of the base can only be accessed during Case 0, so replay the mission to get it.
