Unlike Dead or Alive 5, released in 2012, Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate, also known as DoA5U features a number of 29 playable fighters; and the following video game guide reveals the complete list of Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate characters.
Developed by Team Ninja and published by Tecmo Koei for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and arcade systems, Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate is a fighting video game released on September 3, 2013.
The title is the expanded version of Dead or Alive 5, featuring multiple tweaks, new characters and other improvements brought by developers.
Along with the new training mode and the two-on-two tag battle mode available in multiplayer, Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate also introduces 5 new characters which have been added to the games core roster formed by 24 fighters.
Momiji, one of the characters added to DoA5U, is a shrine maiden who appears in the Ninja Gaiden series of video games. She is also Ryus disciple and she is voiced by Kate Higgins.
Another friend of Ryu that can be accessed in Dead or Alive Ultimate is Rachel. Voiced by Tara Strong, Rachel debuted in 2004, in the first Ninja Gaiden video game. J
acky Bryant, the third character who cant be accessed in the base version of Dead or Alive, is voiced by Eric Kelso, and made his debut in the original Virtua Fighter video game.
Jacky Bryant is Sarah Bryant’s brother and he is known for practicing Jeet Kune Do, a fighting style also used by Bruce Lee.
The last two fighters added in Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate, are Leon and Ein, both of them returning from the previous DoA titles.
Leon is voiced by Joji Nakata, and he appeared for the first time in Dead or Alive 2, while Ein is voice by Yuri Lowenthal, and she is Hayate’s alter-ego.
The remaining 24 characters are also available in DoA5, released on September 25, 2012 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
