Psychameron, the Darksiders II dungeon located west of Tree of Death in Kingdom of the Dead, is a dungeon we will access while playing one of the main-quests in Darksiders II.
Psychameron is a dungeon with three levels in which we can find more Darksiders II collectibles.
These items are various and they are required by important characters in Darksiders II, such as Ostegoth, Vulgrim or Blackroot, which means that if we wish to complete the associated Darksiders II side-quests, we have to find all of them.

Stone of Mystics Location
As soon as we enter through the final door of this dungeon (1st floor), we turn around and we shoot the Darksiders II Stone of Mystics that stands right above the door we just entered.
Relic of Etu-Goth Location
After we cross the bridge in the final room (1st floor), we take the right path, up the stairs, and right in front of us is a Darksiders II Relic of Etu-Goth.
Relic of Renagoth
After we obtain the Skeleton Key, we need to return to the previous area using a tall column on the wall (B1 floor).
As soon as we jump off that column we need to look in front of us (above the gate) to spot a Deathgrip point.
We use it to get up the wall to collect a Darksiders II Relic of Renagoth.
