The sixth mission in Crysis 3 is called Only Human and it is available after Prophet, Psycho and Claire are deceived by Rasch and the Alpha-Ceph at the end of Red Star Rising.
The Alpha-Cephs intention was to use the Archangel weapon to open an Einstein-Rosen bridge (space/time wormhole) to the Ceph galaxy in order to begin stage three of their colonization strategy. Therefore, Prophet must try to shut down the beam before its too late.
Unlike in the previous levels, in Only Human players are not constrained to pursue a single objective at a time. Instead, there are many that can be active at the same moment.
For that reason, players may easily miss one or two Crysis 3 Cell Intel collectibles, hence it is recommended to use the following guide in the same order as below.

CELL Intel #1 (Propaganda Poster)
When your objective is to shut down the Ceph air defenses, you have to reach the roof of the building with the AAA (Anti Air Artillery).
Here you must check the side of the building thats the closest to the starting point of the level, because one of the walls has the Propaganda Poster with the first Crysis 3 Mission 6 CELL Intel.
CELL Intel #2 (Datapad)
After you shut down the first Ceph Defense Battery (the triple-A gun), you have to shut down two more (Charlie and Bravo).
As youre heading to the first one (Charlie, the one on the east), you are given two secondary objectives.
Before doing anything else, you should continue you way to the defense gun, because at approximately 300m distance you can find a crashed helicopter. Inside the helicopter is the second Crysis 3 Only Human CELL Intel.
CELL Intel #3 (Blackbox)
After another 100m you should find a crashed VTOL. Beneath the VTOL is a dead soldier.
You check his Blackbox for the third Crysis 3 Mission 6 CELL Intel.
CELL Intel #4 (Datapad)
When youre done with the AAA gun (and also with the first secondary objective), you should go to the second one, the one that requires you to clear the mine field around the rebel ICV.
After you clear the mines, you go forward to check the crashed VTOL. Inside is the Datapad with the fourth Crysis 3 Only Human CELL Intel.
CELL Intel #5 (Datapad)
When youre heading to the second AAA (Bravo), you receive another secondary objective, to provide combat support to the rebel mortar unit.
If you open the map, you should see a vehicle between this secondary objective and the area where you disabled the first Ceph Defense Battery when the level started.
You need to go to that point to find the head of The Statue of Liberty. Inside the head is the fifth Crysis 3 CELL Intel.
CELL Intel #6 (Datapad)
After that, you need to go to the location of the third secondary objective (to provide support to the mortar unit).
If you approach from the cliff side, as soon as you are at the top you can find the sixth Crysis 3 Intel next to the damaged tank.
CELL Intel #7 (Blackbox)
When you are in the area with the last triple-A gun (north side), you eliminate the Ceph forces and then you go in the vicinity of the waypoint (where you have to disable the defense battery).
Just below the waypoint is a dead soldier from which you can get the seventh Crysis 3 Mission 6 CELL Intel.
CELL Intel #8 (Datapad)
After the VTOL is damaged, Psycho lands it on a building and you have to defend it.
When the area is clear, before getting back inside the VTOL, you need to check the far left corner in order to collect the eighth Crysis 3 Mission 6 CELL Intel.
Now you must defeat the extremely dangerous Ceph Mastermind in order to unlock the final mission in Crysis 3, Gods and Monsters.
