If you followed Sony’s E3 2006 Press Conference then you already know that a new Resident Evil video game was announced.
Resident Evil 7: Biohazard or Biohazard 7: Resident Evil, as it’s known in Japan, is set to release on January 24, 2017 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC; however, Sony also announced that the video game developed by Capcom will be available for PlayStation VR.
Furthermore, Sony released a free playable demo that is available to all PlayStation Plus subscribers and it’s known as Resident Evil 7 Teaser: Beginning Hour.
The interesting fact though, is that Resident Evil 7 Teaser: Beginning Hour is not part of the main game.
In fact, Capcom confirmed to Gamespot that Resident Evil 7 Teaser: Beginning Hour is a standalone experience that serves as a prologue to the final game.
This means that you won’t find the content from the demo in Resident Evil 7: Biohazard.
If you didn’t play it yet and you are a PlayStation Plus subscriber, it might be a good idea to download it now from PlayStation Store.
On the other hand, if you don’t have a PlayStation Plus subscription, you can watch our walkthrough above.
Resident Evil 7 Teaser: Beginning Hour features two different endings, one of them being shown in the said walkthrough.
