Captain America: Super Soldier, is an action video game developed by Next Level Games, High Voltage Software and Griptonite Games for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo DS and Nintendo Wii.
The title was released on July 19, 2011 in U.S and it was rated T for Teen.
Captain America: Super Soldier is divided in chapters and the first mission is also the games prologue, called Come and See. The following game guide is the first part of the full Captain America: Super Soldier text walkthrough, which explains how to beat the game faster and how to defeat all bosses.
For each chapter featured in Captain America: Super Soldier, we have created a separate game guide.
The game begins with an introductory cutscene, showing two soldiers in a trench. The action in Captain America: Super Soldier starts in France, 1944.
The soldiers talk about Captain America when they are suddenly attacked by several troops sent by Hydra; however one of the soldiers escapes being helped by Captain America.
As soon as you gain control over the main character of the game, you will receive your first objective.
Objective: Stop the mysterious attackers
As you noticed you are inside the trenches. Look behind you and you will see a dead end. Go there and then go right right,and you will see a box. Behind it, is a Ceramic Egg.
Pick it up and then return to the starting point and move forward down the trench until you encounter your first enemies.
Take them out using normal attacks or your shield. You can practice on these soldiers and learn the basic moves of your hero.
After you defeat them, follow the trench and you will encounter another group of Hydra soldiers. Dont forget to block their attacks and to use your shield for additional damage. You will notice that when an enemy is ready to attack you, a yellow circle appears around his body. Make sure you press block, to avoid the incoming attack.
After you kill all soldiers, follow the trench and you will reach a small chamber. Several allied soldiers inform you that more Hydra troops wait you in the trench.
Take them out and advance.
Eventually, you will reach an area where the trench is blocked. Approach the marked area on the ground and launch yourself on the other side, by pressing the correspondent button on your controller.
When you land on the other side kill all soldiers that attack you and advance.
A small cutscene starts showing some of your soldiers being killed by an explosion. They warn you about a huge enemy that is attacking your troops, and you will see several tanks destroyed by an armored soldier.
When the cutscene ends, approach the enemy and perform a Crippling Attack by holding RB and X (on Xbox 360). This special attack will consume Focus Points, but it is very powerful. Hit your opponent several times using the Crippling Attack, and you will defeat him.
After you defeat your opponent, you will unlock the achievement/trophy, called Trench Foot, and a cutscene starts.
Watch the cutscene and when it ends, you will start the first chapter of the game, called Stand Alone Together.
