Red Ball Express is the 12th chapter in Captain America: Super Soldier and the game guide below explains how to complete it.
The chapter is shorter than the rest, but players will need to complete several objectives in order to advance in the game.

Captain America must find a vantage point and observe Red Skulls arrival. This chapter starts inside the elevator and is a direct continuation of the previous chapter.
Objective 1: Find Red Skull
Exit the elevator and go left.
A custscene starts showing several workers standing at the end of the tunnel.
Take out the guards and the workers and then look to the right. There are several snipers on a balcony.
Kill them by hitting the explosive barrels with your shield, and then watch the cutscene showing Red Skull and Armin Zola.
When the cutscene ends, your objective will change.
Objective 2: Locate the Northbound Train
Turn back and go left, around the train you saw when this chapter started.
Open the door by decrypting the code and advance in the tunnel. If you go left you will find a Ceramic Egg and an entrance to the Sewers.
Pick up the Egg, then return and go right.
Open the next door and kill all enemies in the next room. Explore the next chamber and pick up the Dossiers and the Screamer Schematic on the desk to the left.
Advance and decrypt the code at the end of the room.
Exit and climb the ladder to the left. Pull the lever twice to move the track and you will receive a new objective.
Objective 3: Ride the Train
Jump down and go left, to reach the train.
Go around it and climb the ladder to get near the highlighted lever. Pull it to start the train.
Follow the train and when it stops you will see two control panels: one to the right and one to the left. Sabotage them and the train will smash the next gate.
Watch the cutscene.
When the cutscene ends you will complete the chapter and you will unlock a new trophy/achievement called Train to Catch.
