The second mission in Call of Duty Black Ops II is named Celerium, and it is available after completing Pyrrhic Victory.
The mission starts after we find out from Frank Woods that Raul Menendez isnt dead. Now we take control of David Mason (codename: Section), the son of Alex Mason.
Celerium takes place in Myanmar, in the year 2025, where we have a lot of new gadgets at our disposal. As the missions name implies, the main objective is to obtain a new element known as Celerium.
The video game guide below presents the the locations of all CoD BO2 Intel collectibles in the same order as they are found in the game, and we should acquire them using the screenshots at the end of the guide.

Intel Location #1
After we encounter the enemies who use active camo, we get a green light on killing them. Therefore, we advance until we get in the area where we have to eliminate the enemy drone (preferably before taking off).
At the side of the destroyed drone (assuming it didnt took off) is another one that is functional and it can be hacked to get rid of our opponents with ease.
Once the area is cleared, we must check the room behind the functional drone, because we can find the first Call of Duty Black Ops II Intel on the computer desk inside.
Intel Location #2
The second Call of Duty Black Ops II Intel in Celerium be found in the underground research facility, in the area with the ASD robots (right after we pick up the camouflage suit).
We kill all enemies and then, while looking at the stairs, we enter the office on our left side (the office is opposite the stairs, not near them where our team awaits us). Inside, we can grab the Black Ops II Intel from one of the desks.
Intel Location #3
At some point, we have to open a container where we find a scientist named Erik. After opening this container, we have to defend the area (we should hack the ASD robot to aid us).
When the fight is done, we need to get in the newly opened room behind the two ceiling mounted machine guns. On the table at the back of the room we can find the third Intel.
Note: The mission takes us to this room after we obtain the Celerium drive, hence we cant miss this Black Ops II Intel even if we followed Erik after opening the door to where the Celerium was being held.
We rendezvous with the extraction team so we can begin the next mission, Old Wounds.
