How to cheat in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare on PC using cheat codes
In order to type in the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare cheat codes, players must activate the games console:
Start the game and enter the options screen.
Press ~ and type: seta thereisacow “1337”
Press Enter
Type spdevmap and press Enter again
Ignore the error message that appears and click End
